You can't delete your account once you set it up, the website keeps saying your password is incorrect even though I have the password saved to my account. Only a SCAM website would not allow you to delete your personal details and account when you know your using the correct email AND password.

Minimum withdrawal is $30, of which you are only informed when actually trying to withdraw funds.

Also unable to delete my account as they refuse to recognised my password, even after changing it. "Incorrect password!", yeah right.

Stay well away from this scum.

Do not use Survey Pronto. It takes up to 14 days to receive your reward. It takes even longer to earn the first 30 dollars. They are many other sites to offer better payouts in less time - Some are immediate. I do not recommend using them.

This site SURVEYPRONTO is Crap, a Scam and waste of time. First, there is no contact us button on the website. Again, you get a survey and manage to finish it, you don't get the money promised as the reward. And again, Most surveys last more than the time they say it will last. Some surveys don't even show time length. Finished some surveys over 3 days ago and upto this time, I haven't been credited. Another sign, this company is fake is, They made their withdrawal threshold $30 while other reputable platforms usually allows you withdraw from $4 or $5. The reason for the 30 usd threshold, is so no one can ever get there. Trust pilot please add 0 RATING, because I feel bad giving them 1 star, they don't deserve it.

You do a survey and after a bunch of questions, a survey essentially you are then opted out with no rewards. Despite having given all the details to supposedly give you the right surveys. And when you eventually get to an actuall survey they are waaay longer than stated and the reward is way lower, I got 0.06 for one that said I would get 1.50. Dont waste your time here.

After join this survey there is no login option so I feel it is a fake website.

I beleave they scam you by sending plenty of surveys in fact bombard you with them, two today and both times server error this after been invited by the survey company regarding data collection for kidney decease in the UK, asking for a follow up. Which I agreed to, submit, bang there's the second server error, ask them to explain as I did the first survey no RESPONSE just more survey now I am going to remove them , they do send you £ 2.00 for signing up not even going to bother with that as I've read 46 reviews of those who have been scammed or not received any payment, so my advice to those who do surveys ,read first that was my mistake this time, but i wilk delete them once ive posted this review of surverpronto, give them a wide birth, how do they get away with it????

have collected a fair amount of cash when the account was closed, no surveys were forthcoming and there was no way of contacting them. what happens to my money and all that belonging to other people? have been unable to claim my cash

If I could give survey pronto no stars I would - I've been faithfully completing surveys for this despicable company for a few years now but recently stopped getting any survey links via email. I questioned this via their so-called customer services who coldly informed me that my account had been deleted (WITHOUT INFORMING ME) as they had received 'complaints' from a survey provider. Upon querying this further, I just got told it was as per their 'terms and conditions'. No further explanations were given, they've ignored all further emails from me and the money I did have outstanding with them, they've just kept it and basically STOLEN it!!
AVOID this company at all costs - it takes ages to get up to the cash out limit which is $30, you never know how much you will be paid for each survey you complete till they send you a list of completed surveys, and usually each survey averages between 3¢ to maybe 60¢ if you're lucky! A lot of the time, you get to complete an entire survey, get to the end after having spent 20 mins or longer only to be told you've been declined at the VERY END!! And survey pronto do NOTHING about this!!
I'm not sure why I bothered to stay with survey pronto for all this time, but wish I'd left a lot sooner. They're thieves and offer no support whatsoever - AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

They stole my earnings!
After a couple of years of dedicated survey completion, Pronto decided to close my account without telling me. I assumed it was a technical glitch as I couldn't log in, and they sent no new emails with surveys. Eventually, I sent an email to tech support, and finally got a reply today saying that a client had complained about my surveys. They didn't even have the decency to advise me or investigate these spurious claims, and they have not paid me the $14 I have spent ages accumulating through their pitiful payouts. Avoid these scam artists at all costs.

Scam!!!!!!!!!!!! I answered more than 3 surveys from dynata and opinion surveys router, but surveypronto NEVER delivered my credits.
Pure scam.

started out ok! but then down hill - their excuse is after 5 complaints from survey operators then your credit is lost and bye bye when asked for proof no responses they are above regulators is the attitude by the looks of it as all SSI surveys seem to be the same, if a company (survey) ask your honest opinion and you give it which they do not like truth they complain and you are kicked off site ,,real surveys NOT as peoples opinion unless their area of need then not genuine and only after your opinion and not pay you under pretext. no evidence afforded to back up their reason to kick you off!
