I wanted to sell a ticket for a concert that was the same day. Found this website by a quick search, I liked the clean, minimalistic website, a simple, no nonsense approach to the transaction.
The ticket was sold within hours, money transfer went smoothly.
If I will have a need to sell a ticket in the future, I will not search the web anymore. I'll just come back here.

I posted the ticket. And in 3 min.was gone. Ok that's bacuse of the event as such. Next to it the process was simple and the money transfer safe due to the identification of both parties.

The whole process was easy and smooth. If I need to sell tickets again, I will choose this platform.

Recommendation: As a seller, I miss the option to choose the quantity I want to sell.

Downside: There is an additional fee for currency conversion.

Once I bought ticket for concert and found out I wanted different concert at all I did research where can I sell my unwanted tickets. I found two websites where I was able to offer my ticket. Swapper was on trustpilot what is very very important for me everyday I use any website for buying. After reading bad comments on Facebook about other website I decided for Swapper. To be honest I did not expect my tickets sell so quick ! There were gone in three days. Original selling was on 6th wave so it meant for me I could offered my ticket in original price I brought in 2nd wave and not to lose any money. This website is great with communication as well. I can highly recommend it!!

I purchased a ticket for a soldout concert. The ticket turned out to be valid at the gate, however, I was overthinking a lot it till the day of the show. Luckily, the Swapper support is absolutely amazing (actually, it’s a founder of the platform from what I understand): helpful, ready to provide questions and sort things out for you quickly. One ‘issue’ I had was completing a purchase via my payment system. Swapper proactively suggested an efficient workaround for me and even contacted their payment provider to turn on my location for future purchases.

Ofc, you gotta understand that 3rd party resellers are still a risk but it’s easier when you know the platform won’t leave you alone if anything happens.
