Took my alto sax in for a service due to some issues I was having in the low range. Sun found and fixed the leaks, tweaked the regulation and replaced a couple of crusty pads on the palm keys and top F#. It plays great once again, thanks Sun! :)

Very pleased with the communication and service.

Sun knows her stuff, and I am very pleased that she sorted my Tenor Sax out. She is very honest about any problems you may have with your instrument, and will do her best rectify them. Very pleased with her work, and will defiantly go back to her, if I need more work done.

It was an absolute pleasure to have visited this place. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making me feel right at home. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, ensuring that every need was met with a smile. The food was nothing short of incredible, with flavors that were both rich and comforting. I left with a full heart and an eagerness to return soon.

Sun did another great job with some fine adjustments on my clarinet. She works quickly and efficiently to get the instrument into top playing condition.

I recently had my alto saxophone serviced at SH Music and was genuinely impressed with the entire experience. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Sun, who promptly conducted an inspection of my sax. She clearly explained the necessary work, confirmed the very reasonable cost, and to my delight, assured me the service would be completed in just 30 minutes.

True to her word, the work was carried out swiftly and efficiently. Afterwards, Sun provided a clear and concise explanation of everything that had been done, ensuring I understood the full extent of the service. The transparency and excellent communication were truly commendable.

I brought in my saxophone which had been unplayed for many years, and Sun gave me a great overview of my options for getting it back into a playable condition. Once I had it booked in for servicing she kept me up-to-date on the progress and had the work completed promptly, I'm extremely pleased with how well it now plays again!

Sun was highly responsive, really helpful, flexible in when she could fit me in, and most importantly has made a great job of servicing my flute. She gave me a quote based on the work she could see needed doing, but the final price was based on the actual time spent - in my case coming out slightly cheaper than the original quote she gave me. Everything was transparent and clearly discussed, and she gave me clear options for different levels of service she could provide. I was delighted to have found that Sun gave a good indication of likely costs for repair and clean, in advance, and that the whole process of sending the Yamaha flute, it being serviced and returned was very easy and timely. My daughter is very happy to have her flute in working order again, and spotlessly clean! Thank you, Sun.

Sun provided a lovely service for my student Yamaha flute. It was rather dirty on the wires and needed a good clean all over. She is very honest in her initial appraisal and outlined the options available to me. So far there don't appear to be any issues, and I am finding the top notes especially are coming out a lot nicer than before! I will definitely use her again in future.

I have just come back from my first lesson with Sun and can honestly say that my mind is full (in a good way). The 3 hour session was packed full of focused teaching, providing clear instruction on how to diagnose issues, replace pads and regulate the instrument as well. I cannot wait to get practicing and learning more about this impressive trade!

Sun has recently serviced my bass clarinet and I can't fault the professionalism and attention given to my instrument. I've been following her on Instagram for a few years and enjoy her content. She's enthuastic and friendly and glad I left my instrument in her capable hands. We had a consultation for her to look over the instrument and give her opinion on what needed work doing and a few weeks later, I dropped it off on a Monday and by Friday it was ready to pick up. She serviced what was discussed and my instrument plays better than ever. Her workshop is easy to get to from Reading station; I walked there which took 25 minutes.

Sun has repaired our daughters saxophone twice after it has been dropped. Both repair jobs have been completed to a very high standard and competitively priced. Thank you very much.
