My order is now 11+ weeks overdue and counting. I have spent a lot of time calling and emailing to try and track down the delivery. Always the same response - I will check and get back to you, sometimes a false delivery date is given, still no news from the transporter, nothing received and no sofa to sit on for Christmas…extremely frustrating.

I bought a side cabinet on 1st December. Finally arrived today but unfortunately was damaged in different places. Unfortunately the delivery that was supposed to arrive in the morning was changed in the late afternoon. By the time I opened the package was too late to contact TIKAMOON and the delivery company. I will have to wait for Monday. Very frustrating and a waste of time. Now this bulky item will have to stay in the sitting room until they'll arrange a pick up date! Avoid them at all costs

I bought Zoé Side table in premium pink terrazzo online, it arrived on the promised day, but 2-3 hours late. Nevertheless, the delivery guys were very polite and very respectful of our property.
The most important thing was that it looks great, a bit less pinky colour than the online image, but it still look great.
The packaging was done well and the item was very well secured on a small palette.

purchase two bedside tables, received only one.
when contacting them was told that they do not send them together and received the second one two weeks later.
I did mention to the person on the phone to ensure that it is the correct side, I was assured that they are very professional, the next day arrived but not to my surprise the same side as the first one( the door opens the opposite side when next to the bed, did send a message and still waiting for a reply and exchange

Bought a grey marble extro stri sink and within two days of installation it started to pit and crack. They offered me a 30% refund initially, then eventually agreed to send me a new one. Took 5 months gor the plumber to come back and get it fitted, so its been in since may 2024 and now has severe cracks. Im totally fed up, wish I had never got the bathroom done now. Told them I want a full refund and I've been asked to send more photos so that they can inspect it and see what can be done. That being the case, I want a FULL refund and costs towards the removal and installation of a different sink from a different BRITISH company that does not sell sub standard products. This is not the first complaint on here regarding the quality of their sinks.

Have given a one star as can’t give less.
Purchased a set of four chairs online with a table. One chair arrives with a structural crack. They don’t have any more stock, so my choice is take a ‘20% discount’ and fix it myself.. or I can get a refund and only have 3 chairs that don’t match. Shocking. Do not use.

Terrible experience. Paid extra for premium delivery so that the items were unpacked and packaging removed. The delivery company dumped the items in a random place without any of the service being carried out. After many attempts to contact the delivery company I contacted Tikamoon about the issue, explaining we’d spent many hours dealing with the issue and taking packaging to the tip after paying for this to be done. I was then offered a £15 refund for the efforts. Following this I explained I no longer wanted the items after the additional stress and fine created, with no effort from Tikamoon or the delivery company to rectify the issue.
Tikamoon have now refused to provide a refund and collection unless I repacked the items, and have suggested I purchase my own packaging in order to do so.
Awful customer service, and basically zero returns policy. Would strongly recommend buying furniture from a more reputable supplier

The furniture we have ordered full-price was delivered completely BROKEN, nearly everywhere possible. Moreover, the wood quality (glulam) was different from the one promised in the description on their website (mass timber). We feel terribly deceived and worried about the upcoming process of re-packing, returning, waiting, and getting fully refunded.

We are located in France and recently purchased the Line cabinet in solid walnut wood and marble sink at 85 cm (Meuble salle de bain en noyer massif et marbre 85 cm in the french website) at 1099euros that arrived as expected last sunday. Although the cabinet seems ok (not sure how it will wear off over time, after seeing the previous comments), the sink has a significant artifact. I immediately sent a message to the helpdesk that was supposed to answer within 3 working days, but still have not got an answer. We are planning to move in in a few days and it is stressful and unacceptable at this price to not get at least a timely answer.

I've bought 6 items from Tikamoon and have a very mixed experience with the company. Some, like my Eden night stand and Marceau bench, are of beautiful quality, well made of solid wood. Others, especially my Oslo desk, is of very questionable quality. The top surface faded in a couple of months under flower pots, and started bubbling, suggesting that it may not be made of solid wood after all or at least is for some reason coated in a low-quality material. I also don't get at all why a desk has drawers that don't go all the way the depth of the desk and can't fit A4 papers. I noticed the same in my Alex cabinet - the drawers are shorter than the depth of the cabinet, meaning you can't fit as much in them as you might expect from the pictures. Speaking of the Alex cabinet, it's again of beautiful quality and well made, apart from badly designed drawers and tiny knobs that feel uncomfortable to pull. There's also a weird smell to the cabinet, possibly from the tint (mine is black) that hasn't faded much even after 4 months. Finally, my biggest disappointment was the Emily drawer. It looks amazing in pictures, but it is just what the product description says, recycled PINE, i.e. the cheapest and softest wood out there. The drawer is super lightweight, feels flimsy, and chips and marks easily given how soft the material is. I really regret paying over 1000€ for it. Overall, I would say that if you pick the right items, Tikamoon can be great. However, there certainly are many misses, way overpriced items and questionable quality in the mix too, so please do your due diligence before buying anything.

For the price, this really is terrible customer service. I ordered two units three weeks ago that have still not arrived. After multiple calls and emails that all went completely unanswered - I finally got through to someone who passed the blame onto the shipping company and that they’d eventually be in contact with me on a delivery date. They haven’t. And now no answer from Tikamoon again.
An update: they arrived nearly a month after ordering and one of the two items was broken.

I have been trying to call Tikamoon about an item that has not been delivered . I have sent an email and no response . The delivery company sent a photo saying it has been delivered and it’s not my house . Tikamoon is not responding to my email and no one picks up at the UK phone line. This is highly frustrating. Hard to believe the poor customer service and care from such an expensive company .
