Service with a smile and its all genuine too.
I work in customer service for a career so I know service and this is outstanding, could not ask for better.

I have yet to receive the dog I ordered. I believe this company scams people. Not only the fact the advertisements say payment Canadian dollars. I was charged us funds.

Update they refund me my money 💰 and I’m still going to turn them in those of that they have scammed needs to contact your local D E A Office and better business this is just wrong and then they have the nerves to try to jump fly

This is a SCAM website - do not purchase from these guys. No way to track down and get your money back for orders that never arrived

I ordered from these people on 28 November 2019. One item ordered was 6 piece nail dipping set. When delivered there were only 4 items.They asked me to send picture to prove this, which I did. Another item, 10g dipping nail power glitter has to this day (17/2/20) still not been received. They do not respond to my emails. They took my money but did not deliver the goods. I would advise do not order from these people, By the way, they have now changed their website address(surprise surprise) They are now called 'Beautybuys Store' but they are the same people namely 'Ukbeautybuys' Don't give them your money :(

Bought the sharpener, has never arrived. Get a song and dance from these crooks. DO NOT buy anything, this outfit is a scam.
I even sent them a copy of my recipt. Still nothing.

Bought the wizardry and witchcraft palette for my daughter for Christmas and on the site its authentic. But I got sent the fake. I. Super upset. And they will not respond. Never again. This place is a scam.

Item ordered and not shipped after weeks. Multiple emails unanswered and no shipping info ever provided by the seller.

I purchased a multi sharpener from these folks about 4 months ago and never received it sent messages I dont know how many times with answers saying check with post office. Requested them to send another one are refund money neither has happened seems to be a scam dont order from this place you will just be out ur money!!!!!

Their catalog page advertises that I will get a multifunctional sharpener but instead I just got a grinding wheel. Obvious planned ripoff. They should be penalized for scamming customers.

They are scammers. I placed other for multifunctional Electronic Sharpener buy sent only a wheel. I sent many emails they are not responding. So I’m filing a dispute. Do not this website to order anything. They are really BAD

One thing advertised, another thing shipped worth only a small portion of what you ordered and of no use. Thieves! Do not do business here.

Pay attention to what they advertising and to what you are paying for. They will advertise for something and will send you completely different item

Best beauty I've ever found in the last 17 years, been using different ones throughout both Brisbane & Sydney, now I know I found the one I've been looking for. Only had twice facials & my face has improved noticeably, and had one session of the Laser Lipo, my wrist dropped from 87 to 84cms & both legs dropped 2cms, that was amazing, couldn't believe it when we measured at the end. HORRIBLE!!!! I opened a dispute on PayPal for a $300 item that DOES’T WORK!! PayPal ruled in my favor, however I’m responsible for shipping this defective item back to China from the US! This conpany’s return policies are horrid. I also emailed them several times with no answer. It will cost me $75 to return a defective item back to them. They are clearly responsible for all fees. SCAM!
