We were quoted a price for the Trademark process only to be charge much more which did not aline with the Gov website. We feel we have been taken advantage of finacially. Before you sign on with them check thier location and check with your own Legal team. The cost was outragous to say the least.Every time they wanted additiional funds of over $1500.00. I hate to tell you what I have spent on this simple transaction.

Henry walked me through the entire process of registering my brand name and logo. He also explained the importance of filing them separately, something I had no clue about before.
The extra time he took to explain things made me feel like more than just a transaction. That kind of personalized care makes a huge difference.

My experience raised significant concerns...

My experience raised significant concerns regarding the information provided and the company's overall responsiveness.
After paying for the service, I became concerned about the information the company was providing about the status of my application with the USPTO. The details the company gave me about my application, specifically concerning the classifications and Office Actions, did not align with the information I later received directly from the official USPTO website or federal support office.
When attempting to contact the company for clarification, I found discrepancies. Specifically, I had difficulty verifying the legitimacy of the physical address they listed.
The company's presentation and language lead the customer to believe they are receiving official legal or federal services. My interaction suggests a fundamental failure to provide the promised service and a complete lack of transparency regarding their communication and location. I was never able to confirm their operational base as being in the USA through the contact methods they provided.
I strongly advise anyone considering their services to cross-reference all information they provide, especially any details related to federal agencies like the USPTO. Please contact the official USPTO support to verify your application status and any correspondence you receive.

Henry provided excellent support

Henry provided excellent support. He broke down what can be a very complicated process into easy-to-understand steps. He even gave me tips on how to check the status of my application myself, so I could feel more in control. The transparency and professionalism were impressive. I can confidently say that Trademark Mavericks delivers on their promise of making trademarking stress-free.
