Had an issue - not sorted

Had an issue that Claire from the escalation team dealt with quickly and efficiently. Thank you. - This is wrong my issue has not been sorted.
I wrote this review as requested in order for my refund to be sent, but it still hasn't arrived almost a month later. I have sent follow up emails, but with no response at all from the company after the initial quick response to my cancellation!!
Do not engage with this company!

Unwanted subscription but personalised help in resolving it

I am not sure who subscribed me to Traderhobby. I am afraid it was a scam but now I see in my Junk that Leila had sent a personalised response on January 10th. Unfortunately it went into junk and I did not see it until today after I had raised a dispute with my credit card company. So thank you, Leila for being helpful after all and agreeing to refund the unsolicited subscriptions.

Extremely deceptive and unsafe website.

Extremely deceptive and unsafe website.
Traderhobby uses manipulation and pressure and shows clear scam red flags. Under no circumstances give them your credit or debit card details.

Entering card details here feels extremely risky and irresponsible.

Waiting for my money!!!

Still haven't received my money from their "mistake"..... waiting and then I will tell you all about!!!!
Update: They haven't refunded my money back,they are THIEVES and FRAUDS!!!! I supposed to win a monster energy pack and they get me to their page and charge me 13-14 euros as a gift card!!!!! Be careful people......

Merci pour la réactivité de l’équipe gestion des réclamations, bon délai de réponse.
Maintenant j’attends comme promis mon remboursement et l’annulation définitive de l’abonnement ,souscription ,adhésion.

Emily from the complaints department responded favorably to my request on December 15, 2025:

"After careful review, I have approved the refund of the amount charged to the account you used for your purchase."
Thank you for the responsiveness of the complaints management team; the response time was very quick.

Now I am waiting for my promised refund and the final cancellation of the subscription/membership, as promised.
