Horrendous company
Horrendous company - do not use! I bought a bike computer in October 2025. Within a few days it would not charge, and wouldn't perform a factory reset. I raised a return request and returned the item to TradeInn using their shipping label. The item arrived with them in December (it took several weeks to get there) and they say (?!) they sent it to the manufacturer as by the time they received it, it was out of the 30 day return period and that the manufacturer would confirm if it was covered by warranty. TradeInn told me not to check progress and that they would let me know when they receive a response from the manufacturer. It is now 4 months from when I returned the computer. I'm £300+ out of pocket and they refuse to chase the manufacturer. Their customer service is disgusting, you end up in a never ending loop of emails saying the same thing. Do not waste your money.

What a worthless, poorly organized, and unreliable crappy company. Absolutely do NOT recommend. It’s unbelievable how badly they treat their customers.
Best to avoid
Tradeinn.com is a legitimate online retailer and sister dressinn.com are associated with frequent customer complaints regarding slow delivery times, high return postage costs, and poor customer service, leading some to label their experience as a "scam". It is not an outright scam website that takes your money and provides nothing. Best to avoid.

Luckily I have only lost 8€ , buying from them, but I have learned my lesson,so just advising others to use other, more reliable and customer orientated companies. My order was delivered incomplete, with essential items missing, and dealing with trade inn afterwards is impossible.

Trainers arrived with marks. I uploaded 6 photos as requested, then days later they asked for more photos! Absolutely ridiculous. Just send me a returns label so I can send the faulty product back. Awful customer service – avoid. Scam of a company

They are literally scammers. They sent me the wrong item. I sent 6 photos proving this. Not only did I pay an extortionate amount for delivery, but it’s also £12 to return! I quoted Spanish consumer law to them and they immediately closed the chat… do not bother.

Useless partner for Bol.com and Decathlon (at Decathlon under the name Sports Lab NL). They expect custumers to wait 10 days more after not shipping an item after more than a week instead of offering a refund.

I ordered a drive chain. I've been said I will recieve it within 3 days. After the 3rd day the carrier said that they have not received the package yet. I tried to contact tradeinn agent many times, but unfortunately there is no one to talk to. I believe my money is gone and this is all a fraud. And if I will eve receive it, it will be the last time I ever order from you !!! Very bad experience.

Awful. Don’t care about customers, want to return an item that is valued at £24 and they won’t give me their returns address and are insisting I pay them an £11 return fee to get their label. But the package is tiny and weighs nothing and I know I can send it cheaper myself. Five emails and still not told me their address to send it to! Never using them again, a cartel. Avoid at all costs - rather pay double than deal with companies who don’t care about customers

Sent them 6 pictures to prove leather not oiled - they said it was as ordered - not correct. Cost £10.99 to return them and was short changed on the refund. Order number 54992901 placed in December. They merged my billing and delivery address to create an address that doesn’t exist. Wish I’d read reviews before ordering as this is clearly a tactic they use frequently to ‘lose’ orders. The couriers asked me for a correct address which I provided but trade inn insisted that the courier had to return it to them and they would issue a refund. 3 months later and still no refund. Repeatedly fobbed off by Trade Inn saying they need to investigate it with the courier, despite the fact that they know the parcel never reached me. Total scammers who are avoiding giving a refund at all costs, hoping I’ll just give up. If I could give zero stars I would.

I bought a pair of Levi’s 511 in my usual size, but they didn’t fit. The return policy is anything but reasonable — I had to pay 153 SEK for return shipping, while the shipping cost when purchasing was only 70 SEK. That means 30% of the total cost went to shipping with no direct value. Yes, Dressinn/Tradeinn is covered by their terms and conditions this time, but this will be the last time I shop here. I hope this gives other potential customers a reason to think twice before buying.

Do not buy from them to avoid any issues. It takes weeks to ship something and if you need a refund you will have to write many emails to get it. It's not worth your time and energy.

I placed an order on the 8th January. It showed the order posted on the following day and arrived at customs on the 11th.
No updates after that.
I got in touch with their customer service and they told me to wait. It's now mid Feb, there have been no updates on the tracking and the customer service is still telling me to wait and be patient. They are refusing to refund me.
Do NOT buy from them. It's simply not worth it.
Their customer service speaks no English (most of the messages are automatically translated from Spanish) and very unhelpful.

First the good. Great range of products.
Now the bad. Misrepresentation of products, complicated expensive returns, shipping charges even when you have spent more than £100! I ordered some shorts and I went by how they were presented on their website on the model. However when they arrived they were much shorter than on the model like about 4 inches or more! They were not the same shorts as advertised. They were the same brand Trangoworld, but a different version of the shorts than advertised. When I tried to return them after explaining in great detail twice, I was told they were the correct ones sent etc, (lies!) and it was £10.99 to return them. I was not happy about this, but I have returned them as they were totally unsuitable for me.
Ps. Tradeinn have lots of different 'shops' on their website, I ordered from their Trekkinn shop.

3 months to get a refund for an item that never arrived. Misleading, order dispatches from a different country, not UK and gets lost in transit. Terrible company, would not use again or recommend. Customer service delayed and unhelpful.

This company is terrible. I find myself in the company of many others like me who had a rubbish service with this company. I made two separate orders for shoe and I don't have the shoes of a refund. They addressed the parcels wrongly so they were returned but they have not refunded the money. I messaged them many times. The replies always came from an English name, even though the company is Spanish, but the messages are generic, written by a chatbot. On my account there is no record of my communications and responses are always sent as if there is no history. Stay away from these robots
