Fast shipping /Great price

Ordered a shirt I was looking at for a Christmas gift on a great Black Friday sale and received it really quickly. Can't wait for them to open it - I think they will love it.

Buyer Beware bad return policy

Buyer Beware - If you wear or use it, you cannot return it. November 2024 - bought a $300 Patagonia jacket and it tore within a week on the elbow. Wanted to exchange for something else but was treated like a criminal so went to the "three letter co-op" and very happy wit the satisfaction guarantee there. Not spending another dollar here especially since it was sold to out of town corporate greed that doesn't invest into the local community.
Also, Gearheads stopped the equipment rentals because it was not as profitable as they wanted it to be. Sure, they might say it's insurance or something else but we all know it all comes down to maximizing returns.
On top of that, when I wrote a google review last week, the next day I had a Facebook friend request from the employee that worked there. No thank you Karen D, that's creepy.

Went in at 4:55

Went in at 4:55, they were closing in 5 minutes. They stayed open to fit my fiancée to a new pair of shoes. Blew out hers on the trail, and knocked the rear derailer out of spec. The bike tech Hunter, quickly adjusted the derailer. Now it’s shifting like butter. They went above and beyond to make the remainder of our vacation smooth.

GREAT Customer Service But Store in Decline

First of all, customer service is FANTASTIC. That cannot be overstated. That's why I hate to give only four stars. The issue for the lower rating is because of the store itself and the website. I was shocked by the lack of supply and the limited amount of options throughout the store. You all really just don't have a ton of stuff so I don't see how I'd ever shop here on purpose. It was only because I had a gift card. The website was a mess. Constantly freezing and slow. Just feels like this is a store in major decline.
