Recently had some issues with social media monitoring but customer care agent helped me to resolve it. It’s the best remote location tracker 👌
I installed Umobix on my son’s phone, he started spending too much time online. The setup took a bit but made parenting less stressful
Didn’t realize the plan would auto renew. Saw the charge and got confused. App itself works fine, just wish that part was more obvious!

I spoke with Victoria Davis with customer service and she went above and beyond to make sure I understood everything she explained. She’s knowledgeable and quick to give solution.
