Absolute joke company. Now telling me I have to contact eBay seller for updates or refund for delivery and import duties. Cannot contact company via ebay messaging and ebay customer care though helpful stated it was UPS who should resolve matter. So I pay £28.45 after an email from Ups addressed to me to deliver item. They lose item, falsely claim it was delivered and now state I cannot have information for a service I paid to them and only the seller can release any information on compensation/details on item. Laura you are a joke company, sorry, a joke. To anybody who reads this, please don't get ripped off like me by these cowboys.
This is their last reply earlier today. Remember you cannot contact the seller via ebay messages and no phone number also remember it was UPS who billed me before they would deliver the item. Trading standards or cab, out of principle I shouldn't just give up on reimbursement.

I am writing to submit a formal complaint regarding a serious service failure connected to booking number 2959CEFD78D.
According to the confirmed booking, UPS was required to collect 5 parcels on 12/02/2026 from my address. However:
The courier never arrived on 12/02/2026.
No phone call or collection attempt was made.
Earlier in the week, on Monday, the courier incorrectly collected only 1 parcel from this shipment without my authorization, leaving the remaining 4 parcels uncollected.
The collected parcel is associated with tracking number 1Z7491209194185655 and is currently in Germany.
The other 4 parcels were never collected and are still located in my concierge room.
This situation represents a clear failure of UPS collection service. I was subsequently advised by customer support to create new shipment labels and pay again, which is unacceptable because the failure to collect the parcels was entirely caused by UPS.
I therefore request an immediate resolution, specifically:
Free re-collection of the remaining 4 parcels under the original booking,
Please treat this matter as urgent and provide written confirmation of the solution as soon as possible.

Diabolical. Failed to attempt to deliver the parcel to my home address instead dumped it at a UPS collection point approximately 1 mile away which wasn’t even the nearest one, so that means a 2 mile round trip to collect it. No updated communication from the company, I had to use the tracking number to locate it. Why anyone would use this firm as a delivery company is beyond me. If I could give it a minus no stars I would.

Have to check my watch? Apparently people who knew me near fourth years ago are experts. Burned me in youth. Not mates. Still despite trouble clearing customs the delivery was fine despite the ugly reminder.

We left UPS as a carrier and 5 months after doing so they decided to reactivate our account and raise invoices. Our former area rep sent an email to ask for a credit. This was clearly ignored as the company took money from our account which was unauthorised - and therefore a fraud. We have had various people and departments from UPS contact us to say we have closed the account and will pay the money back. We have looked at the account and despite numerous emails from people and departments the account is still open as are the invoices. We have still not received the money back - despite emails we have been CC'd into from people from UPS instructing other departments to pay it. This company is pure chaos with not one single person capable of resolving a very simple matter. We have cancelled the Direct Debit which strangely does illicit a response (even though all attempts by the UPS rep and our initial emails drew not a single response). UPS is truly useless by every possible stretch of the imagination - This company has said they will close the account and pay the money they took from us. But still do not do it as they seem so chaotic they cannot actually manage anything other than email one person or department with not one single entity able to achieve anything. It seems like an ideal job opportunity for anyone who is an abject failure at work to gain employment with this company. You require absolutely no skills to work for UPS as you do not have to achieve anything except send pointless emails.
Needless to say you should not use this company to handle any business packages on account as they cannot achieve anything - except collect money not owed to them by direct debit and not pay it back or even close an account which they were told to so. Horrific service and the worst we have ever had from any company by a country mile. Account number 0000J400V1.
After apparently 4 attempted delivery's at a time i was in my house ,with photo evidence ,my very expensive parcel is being sent back to sender in Spain. They give no time slot in a day ,no emails ,no phone calls ,no cards through through the door ,sorry I missed you Should not be in business, I hope they go under.

I’ve had few deliveries with UPS and they never let me down. Two of them were from Germany to UK; no issues at all and quick delivery. Out of many companies I have had to deal with, UPS is the one to go. Others should learn from them how things are done.

UPS delivery windows are a joke, the don't even try to honour them. The very helpful tracking window shows my delivery driver hasn't moved for almost an hour now, within a few streets of my address. Clearly lunch is way more important than my time as I simply got an email saying my parcel will still arrive today, but with no update on when - not even a new delivery window.
UPDATE 1: UPS npw say they will deliver my package by 21:00 a full 8 1/2 hours past their original delivery window, and for a delivery van parked less than 1/2 mile away

I gave it two stars because the parcel arrived quickly, but the problem is that the parcel costs £50, and this price includes the total shipping cost from the UK to the Netherlands. An additional €36 was added that I have to pay extra without being informed beforehand. Please be aware of this.

Terrible service, our packaged has been held for more than a 1 week in a warehouse, stating that there is wrong address, even though the address is clear on the label. Call center useless, not care to help with a solution.I have mentioned that the sender from china is not able to help changing anything from the app.

I got a notification to say there was an attempted delivery however that was not the case as I was in all day and to add I have cameras around my house to show that no one attempted to deliver my package
