Hi all,

The website is clear and easy to use, especially the car/engine selection and the 3D configurator. However, I received wheels with tires that are extremely stretched inward (the largest tire size offered). As a result, the rims stick out far beyond the tire, which looks bad and makes them very, very vulnerable to curb damage.

This stretched fitment was not shown in the 3D configurator. As soon as I noticed the issue, I contacted Velonity and DF Automotive multiple times to find a solution. Unfortunately, I have received no reply at all,nothing! I would have expected them, as the experts, to inform me about what to expect, or at the very least to respond and discuss the issue with me. The complete lack of communication is what frustrates me the most.

As expected, the rims are now damaged, which is extremely disappointing.

I’m filing this complaint to let everyone know that, in my experience, communication is good until there is a problem. After that, you are left completely without support.

This is the first and last time I will buy here. I now have to spend additional money to get wider tires installed—tires that actually fit properly and protect the rims.
I cannot upload photos of my rim here!?! And I am not allowed to add my email here ( i tried!)

It’s very nice that I can see how my wheel will look on my car with the 3D viewer. But, delivery took way to long. After about a week I took it in my own hand and contacted support, where I got the answer that they were stuck in the ”experts control” stage, and that they could not send until they knew that my brake discs were the right size?? I know what I’ve ordered, just send it. The fact that I (!!!) had to reach out first to find out were my wheels were, is just absolutely diabolical. A 2-7 work day delivery is what is says on their website. Mote like 14…

I have ordered a new set of rims and tires in September 2024 and received them on October 15th with a delay. They did not send the mounting parts with the rims and promised to send them shortly. However, they still have not sent the mounting parts and mentioned that they have not even received these parts in their workshop. They now expect to receive them on November 4th in Germany and then send them to Denmark. I am not confident they will keep this new promise. Up to now, this has cost me a cancellation fee for changing tires, and I still cannot plan to change the tires.

I strongly recommend avoiding buying tires/rims from this company.

Unfortunately, I have ordered rims with tires from this company, and must admit that the other reviews are true. I got my rims with tires (thankfully) but the accessory kit with centering rings and wheel bolts was missing and I have now been waiting for that for almost a month. They apologize that the package has been lost and then send a new one. It has now been delivered elsewhere in Germany according to track and trace.
When I ask where they are, I am told that according to track and trace they have been delivered, I just don't know where, not to me anyway.
It's just poor service, can only advise against them.

Wrong items and finally after hours and hours (3-6 months) I didn’t get problem solved. Instead I hired a local dealer to sort everything out. Great disappointment and wouldn’t recommend velonity unless you know exactly what you need.
