WOW!! Vidya Breathwork facilitator training ticks all the boxes and more...

When Verity said her Breathwork Facilitator training was ready to launch I jumped at the opportunity. I completed Vidya Breathwork facilitator training over 3 years ago after attending Verity's breathwork half day retreats. It was at these retreats I knew I needed to learn more, I wanted to learn more! If you feel stuck look no further

I reached out to Verity at a point I felt blocked. I literally couldn't make any decisions felt stagnated, stuck and was at a stand still. In a couple sessions she guided me, helping me clear the blocks. I'm forever greatful. Looking forward to do more work with her.
