I received a damaged machine. The counter offer from vevor was that I wait 15 days to receive control plate and change out it myself. They sent me a video over how to do it. You buy a new machine and you have to push in labour hours on repairing it yourself? Never happend in my life, and i buy machines often. No thanks i rather throw it in the garbage. After I posted my review on their site, few days later they deleted the review. Now Im posting here so people can be warned.. All products can be damaged or faulty but its the way you treat the customer that counts. Its not a bargaining: we offer you this or that. Just fix the problem.

I ordered this on January 5th 2026 came out of my bank January 7th 2026 here it is February 9th 2026 can't get a hold of anybody they have not shipped it this company is worthless they do not belong in business they give you no answers but they have my money do not buy anything from this company you will regret it

PURCHASED a vevor electric winch after sitting for some time and never used it i tryed to use it and would not operate. electric motor was cpmpletely froen up do to water intrusion . whem assembled there is no seal against the weather. you advertise it to be water tight and that is a lie. all i'm asking for is a new electric motor which i offered to buy. still nothing from the manufactor .

I can not praise this company enough, excellent products and highly rated customer service as I was helped by Kiara today, a very professional and highly mannered lady, excellent combination.
I do not usually leave feedback as I believe every body is just doing their jobs as best as they should but this company's overall performance has been nothing but more than perfect

I have already purchased several items and am very satisfied with the quality. The magnetic drill works perfectly and has already paid for itself.

Vevor states that they have 30 days free return, but this is not possible to get, even after many many mails to them. They just ignores this.
So don't believe that they have 30 days free return, this is not the truth.

I searched for weather stations on the internet and after assessing the various makes I came up with Vevor. I had never heard of them before but their products seemed best suited to my needs and I ordered a weather station. It was very reasonably priced, it arrived promptly, and I liked the product when it came. So my assessment of Vevor is positive. It came up with the goods as described and in good time.

Everything worked well, the product was not as good as I expected, but for such price it is good enough.

I bought a ice machine and it was crap, after awhile it stops making ice and just refill it with water plus its leaking water and the company want me to repair it myself with another company and offered me a compensation for 22€ ridicuolus

My wife bought a dog bath from their online sellers. Vevor and Patricia promised us a refund because the bath was damaged. The seller only gave us an order number and now we can't even find their fake seller. Now Vevor is not refunding the money. They are liars.

I ordered a 90W 80 mm CO₂ laser tube (T-90) from Vevor via Amazon in September. The shipping box and labels all showed the correct 90W T-90 model, but when I opened it during a maintenance window at the end of October, the tube inside was actually a 60W 55 mm model. My mounts and power requirements are for an 80 mm 90W tube, so the 60W tube is useless for my setup.

I opened a ticket with Vevor, sent all the photos they requested (labels, box, tube, etc.), and they acknowledged they could not “repair” the problem. They initially offered what sounded like a good solution: they would send me a new product from their brand with similar function and price, and I would not have to return the wrong tube.

I selected the only comparable product they sell, the 100W tube, and provided the ASIN. At that point, they changed the terms and said the replacement could only be an item within $50 of the original price. Since there is no other suitable tube within that range, their own offer became impossible to use. When I asked for a refund, they refused and told me to contact Amazon. Amazon, however, will not process a refund because the normal return window has expired.

In other words: I paid around $289 for a 90W tube, received a cheaper 60W tube in a mis-labeled box, and Vevor offered no workable remedy. They would not send the correct product, would not authorize an exception return through Amazon, and would not accept a reasonable proposal to pay the difference for the 100W tube.

As a small business owner, I rely on accurate parts and honest support. In this case the error was clearly on Vevor’s side (wrong tube in the right box), but they pushed me into a dead end between their own internal rules and Amazon’s policies. I will not be buying from Vevor again and would advise others to be very cautious, especially with higher-value technical items.

Top item, top quality. I use it since 3 years every day, I had no problem until now.

The distiller works well and it was delivered promptly without any problems.

I don't understand how this company can receive so many 5 star reviews.

I received a Vevor timberjack today and it is unfit for purpose. It is so unbalanced that it cannot be used to steady a log for cutting and the play between the housing and crampon is so big that the crampon rattles about. What's more the rubber handle is so brittle and hard that it split when putting it on the bar.

If Vevor cannot produce such a simple device to a decent standard its more complex products must be awful.

Avoid.
