A purchased NETFLIX UK gift card failed…
A purchased £25 NETFLIX UK gift card failed to redeem when delivered. Support contacted immediately and awaiting their reply.
Will update the review if resolved, but a the moment I feel like it may be a scam.
** Update ***
Support were unable to resolve the issue and were very responsive in assisting. They offered a full refund which was processed and received within 4 days, the delay is often the card company rather than the retailed.
Have upgraded from a 1 to 3 star as although the gift card doesn't work, the way that this was handled was excellent.
