This platform is great. PayID is instant, however when deposits or withdrawals get stuck in processing, it can be difficult to reach support to have resolved. Seems like they only have one or two people responding to requests which can be frustrating if using their platform to buy and send to another wallet.

Quite possibly the worst customer service, I have emailed them several times over the course of a week to update my phone number as I can’t login, provided all the details they need and filled out the form the initially requested with NO RESPONSE. Have attempted to follow up 2 times. Not even an email to say they’re working on it. No phone numbers I can call to get it sorted.
Absolutely not good enough, don’t waste your time signing up for an account with them. Not worth the hassle if you need to reach someone regarding your account or funds, as you won’t get a response for who knows how long.
Virgo is a limited trading platform. If you are looking at trading its expensive to trade and has very limited information on crypto. If you are looking to just buy crypto and not trade this site is designed for doing this. Virgo will not allow you to send crypto out of your wallet even if its to another wallet of your own. The only way to cash out is to sell all your stocks and send the money to your bank account and that will take time.
Virgo is very easy to use and quick with transactions. Plus it gives you rewards for your patronage. DOUBLE WIN!
Verification process will not let me upload more than one document therefor I fail. I have tried on Safari and Chrome browsers but get the same results. I've communicated with them several times and basically get same response.
At this time I am locked out of my account.
