Virtual Comms have been providing and managing our broadband lines for our business now for several years. The service itself is robust, and their customer service is excellent - what you'd expect from a family-run company who care about their customers.

Making a decision to change network I contacted Laura , detailing what I needed she came back to me promptly with a competitive contract . Ever since service , technical queries or anything else has always been dealt with efficiently and quick , couldn’t ask for a better 5 star service .😎

Micha has been a legend from the start. We opened in 2013 & are still getting phone lines / visa machines of him as we expand. The team is always there to help and answer any questions.
Honestly even if these products were cheaper I don’t think I’d move as the service / help I receive when needed is worth every penny.

Back in November last year, I decided to change my ISP as I was then out of contract with my previous supplier. I selected a company (who shall remain nameless) who, on paper looked like they were offering a good deal which included a landline calls. Unfortunately it turned out to be anything but a smooth transition as they failed to port my existing landline number. Enough said about them!
Through a friend who works in mobile telecoms, I was put in touch with Virtual Comms UK and Mikah. I explained my current predicament of being without a landline number which was essential for my business and was told not to worry and that they would do their best to rectify the situation. Within 24 hours, Mikah had managed to divert my original landline number to my mobile so I wouldn't miss any potential business enquiries. At this point, I was made up although I couldn't make outgoing calls via that number and being over the Christmas period, it was decided to revisit this in the new year. After a quick telephone consultation with Mikah, he then proceeded to set up a VoIP phone package including hardware in a matter of a few short days using my original landline number. Fantastic!
Since then, everything has been running smoothly and any little bumps in the road have been dealt with quickly and efficiently by Mikah and his team. So where other telecom companies have failed miserably, Virtual Comms UK have come good and I wouldn't hesitate for one second in recommending them to anyone looking for a comms package. 10/10!!

Been doing business with Michah and the team for nearly 10 years now. They provide our card terminals, mobiles, VOIP and broadband lines. Great company to deal with, providing a great service. No ask is ever too big.

This has to be the best telecommunication company that I have ever worked with. Their service is always extremely prompt and any time we have ever had an issue, The team has been straight out and fixed it. We have never experienced any downtime. I would highly recommend this company.

Been super impressed with these guys. Big credit to Marty. Top bloke!! Friendly and always on hand to answer questions or give assistance - pretty much 24/7 support from him on WhatsApp lol. But above all Marty has been honest and true to his word on everything he guaranteed us and the company has offered us the best rates. A refreshing change after using a different card provider who was the complete opposite to this review. No problem recommending.
