I ordered an office licence from this firm for a new laptop. It installed correctly, but then failed, I think because I made a mistake when I tested it with a different user on the same machine. I asked for help from the firm, and they sent me a new licence number immediately, which fixed my problem completely. It was an exceptional experience because it was clear that I was dealing with a knowledgeable person who read the messages I sent carefully and responded appropriately and in a friendly manner. All customer service should be like this, and very few companies manage it.

The installation in my 3 pc's did not go without a hitch. In large part due to issues on Microsoft's part. But winandoffice support was tremendously helpful. They made sure I was satisfied with all the installs. Really over the top support!
I will be sure to use them again!

I reached out to Windandoffice after being unable to activate my Office 2024 license (purchased about a year ago). Julia and Emma responded promptly and provided me with a new valid key straight away. Their support has been outstanding, and I’m happy to recommend Windandoffice to anyone looking for reliable service.

This is a most likely a Scam website. I got my license for two products and received the activation code through email.
1. I got the product working at the time of purchase however after 6 months, I am getting this invalid activation code error. This was supposed to be a lifetime purchase.
2. The activation codes only worked after installing the software from the link provided in purchase email and does not work with downloads from microsoft website. After 6 months, the download link received in email is broken and only shows me a JPG image of the product.

I have reached out to them for the help but I cannot say that I was not scammed as the product is not working now.

I bought a 3-licence Microsoft Office 2024 from Winandoffice and the first installation went perfectly. The second installation had a problem that Winandoffice fixed straightaway. So I am very happy - we all need a supplier who reacts quickly and correctly and Winandoffice are one of those suppliers!

Technical support for the installation was excellent. Issues experienced with the removal of the previous Office product were overcome quickly.

I had trouble install the office package I bought - one email and they got the ball rolling they were very courteous and very professional to all my issues - they even fixed some other issues with my Win11, the office staff and the technical support were excellent

Excellent I initially placed a low rating and then realized I wasn't following the instructions provided. I not only got win 11 pro loaded on two machines but office 2024 as well all activated. Excellent price for the products!!!! Recommend this site highly!

Buying a Windows 11 Pro key, had issues activating. They replied to emails within minutes, remoted on and resolved the issue.

when I needed help to renew a licence after changing the mainboard they responsed very promt and helped me immediately. Very good after sales service.

A few months ago I bought twice the microsoft office professional plus and windows 11 pro for 5 devices and now microsoft does not recognise their Key code and everytime I tried to download the product from their site I cannot installed the office and microsoft told me that the sofware is not genuine but the key codes were supposed to be for life but this not the case. It seems that I was scammed and this is the case.I bought two products for life and a few months later it does not work anymore.

Unbelievably good after sales service. Needed assistance regarding inserting the key code. Contacted support who responded immediately with clear and concise instructions. Highly recommended.

This is not a legitimate Office product. I purchased MS Office 2024 Pro and I was provided a license key within minutes and a link to download the software from their server. The link contained a very tiny file that requires administrator privilege's to run and then downloads modified software from their server which I will not do. I attempted to use the license key in my Microsoft account to download official software directly from Microsoft but the license key is not valid with Microsoft. I quickly requested a refund which I was told I would get in a few days. I did receive my refund so at least they did do that and not have to dispute the charge with my credit card company. This is NOT a legit software or license. Using hacked software is a major risk as who knows what was altered. In todays hacking/phishing world, I will go direct to Amazon and purchase the official software directly from Amazon digital license system.

I was attracted by the price and thought it too good to be true, but it was true!!! I bought the Windows 11 Pro and Office for three devices. Everything went fairly well and if I had any issues there customer service was impeccable.

I wrote a poor review after receiving a different version of office - it turns out that it was a typo in the add that caused the confusion.

I needed to reinstall Office on my computer due to a Microsoft issue. The system thought I had already used all my licences and wouldn't allow me to reinstall this program. Mia from Winandoffice was able to assist me with regaining access to Office. Thank you Mia.

The computer I installed my copy of office onto failed so I needed to reinstall onto a new pc. But the key I got from Winandoffice was not valid on the new pc. I contacted them about it and they resolved the issue within a couple of hours.
