Verification was no problem … withdrawals take long . I’m used to playing the bigger named casinos where they pay out right away . If the company decides to answer , I get it’s in your policy , it’s just not for me . Also, it’s dead spin after dead spin. TOTAL SCAM SITE

Yeah like many others are saying here.. This is the worst casino you can choose. Stalling withdrawals as much as possible. Their KYC is so slow to process your docs and constantly asking for more. They even use your camera to take a photo of your face. Never had that in any other casino. Live chat is like talking to AI and all they tell you is "please be patient and wait".

Their official email promised a 24-48 hour processing time, but as soon as I requested my funds, they moved the goalposts, lying about a '3-5 business day' wait period to delay the payment. To make matters worse, their Live Chat mysteriously stops working whenever I try to follow up on my pending funds. This is a classic 'stall and hope the player loses' tactic. I have already filed a formal report with the Curaçao Gaming Control Board (GCB) and moved my business to Betlabel, where players are actually respected. This casino and all it's partner sites are all unlicensed despite them claiming otherwise. They don't offer any type of refund policy and will rob you blind. Not to be trusted in any way whatsoever, the lies and deceipt is right there if you know where to look. Support are rude and because they are offshore they illegally target Australian players knowing if anything occurs the player really has no way to recover funds as they are unregulated. I checked on pagcor site who these casinos claim to be licenced by but pagcor informed me that no such licences exist for any of these casinos. Stay away from these scammers.

Verification Process Runaround

At first playing here went well. Some decent wins and a painless verification and withdrawal. When I won more money, all of a sudden, my verification was null and I was asked to sent proof of payment, again. I made the mistake of playing more and all of a sudden it was nothing but losses. I kept my withdrawal in there to at least recover some of the money lost. Now I am being given the run around, asked for a void cheque and I uploaded it. 3 days later, I asked for an update and got an email requesting I upload a void cheque AGAIN. It's a clear delay tactic and shows that no one is reading my emails or reviewing the documents. I had high hopes for this casino, but the shady business has begun. Will update if I get my second withdrawal.

• $750 daily withdrawal limit.
• $2,500 weekly withdrawal limit.
• No ability to raise withdrawal limits unless you grind VIP levels.
• These limits were not clearly disclosed upfront before playing.

I was fortunate not to accept any welcome bonuses, as that would have delayed withdrawals even further due to wagering requirements.

After winning approximately $1,700, I attempted to withdraw and only then learned about the hard daily and weekly caps. Customer support confirmed these limits are fully automated and cannot be increased manually, even for higher-stakes players.

As a result, I now have to return each day to withdraw small amounts and wait additional time for processing. Casual low-stakes players may be fine, but anyone who plays mid- to high-stakes should be aware of these restrictions before depositing.

The withdrawal limits and processing speed make it clear this casino is designed for very low-stakes players and discourages timely withdrawals of larger wins. I’ll be sticking to Stake Casino.

One of the worst online casinos I’ve played at. Garbage RTP, garbage customer service, and all around just pretty low tier standards, bonus sucks, VIP is lame, nothing makes me want to stay. Honestly it feels rigged like crazy if you actually pay super close attention to everything. I’ve spent multiple hundreds if not at least a thousand so far, and no withdrawals made. In order to make sure, I do not come back and remember why I left, I’m leaving reviews anywhere I can, and I’m gonna change my password to something crazy that I can’t remember forever, delete all data/history associated with me playing at winshark, or shall I say loseshark, I think that’s more fitting. And unsubscribe and label them as spam. Because their self exclusion stuff is pretty much non existent here surprisingly. Conclusion: there’s LOTS of other places that serve you A LOT better. Don’t limit yourself to loseshark.

Don't waste your time or money with…

Don't waste your time or money with this casino!

Just in the last 24hrs, 3 x deposits made via PAYID, have "vanished". I have contacted several times and have been told many different answers, I've evven been told it was received and I played the money when the agent hadn't even asked for the receipt number or time etc that it was deposited. I have made multiple deposits via their PAYID and the receipts clearly say paid and paid instantly.

As for withdrawls at the casino, they will delay your withdrawal as long as possible hoping you play it and that is for VIP players even. I'm VIP at a couple other casinos and the withdrawals are processed easily I'm under 20 minute !! this casino apparently take up to 3 days just to process it, as they apparently take great care when approving and processing withdrawals but if you tell them 3 x deposits in the last 24hrs haven't come into my account, they don't take " great care in finding out what has happened or care at all and will just tell you absolute lies and avoid you and pass you from person to person.
I don't know how it says fast withdrawals on some review sites and that they are so good, because it's completely false.
I also have had games stop when I'm in a bonus round and about to win money so many times and when I had enough of them stealing my money by having "technical problems" at bond round and insisted one of those times be looked into, they havent done a single thing and its now been easily over a month since I contacted them about it and I've reminded them many times since.

Their VIP is not anything special at all compared rk other casinos, in fact its probably the worst I've been with yet. There is literally nothing that makes you want to be a VIP there at all.

I've had enough now though and I am reporting them. Stealing my deposit 3 times now is concerning.

Nightmare

At first, I was very satisfied with the casino because I made huge winnings — bigger than I had ever made before. After all the verifications, I was able to start withdrawing my money in small portions, with three transfers of $800 each. I was thrilled. That’s when things started to go downhill…
For a player who tends to be a bit addicted, this is the worst casino ever, because there is absolutely no way to set limits on spending, deposits, or losses, and there’s no option for self-exclusion. Even though I wrote to customer service asking to permanently close my account because it had basically ruined my life, they told me that even though they were closing my account, their doors would always remain open for me to come back and play.
From what I understand, it’s impossible in this casino to set financial limits or self-exclude, which is extremely harmful for players struggling with gambling problems. They also make you win a lot of money at first, and then nothing afterward — no matter what you do, you just keep losing.
This whole experience was a nightmare for me.

Absolutely the worst site I put $30 on with a credit card and won 400 tryed to withdraw and withdraw to credit card is not a option and can only withdraw the same method as deposit so I had to e-transfer another $30 at witch point I then had to do there verification process got to the end where you verify payment method and the site refuses to accept my documents contacted support and they tell me to contact verification department I have with no response from then support won’t do anything so I lost $60 and my 400 I won what a joke sites a total scam I highly recommend nobody use this site they claim instant withdraws yeah right

Winshark asks for closed credit card picture

I wont €100 trying to withdraw and they ask for picture of creditcard and passport and picture of me and old credit card that i had to close long ago. i gave them all they asked but told them old credit card was closed because it was leaked on the internet and used by scammer and already in the trash long ago. first of all that card was used on winshark 5 months + ago and the funds are already gone from that deposit and i used new credit card now that i sent them picture off. they wont accept it and i had to write back and forth getting super dry bot answers and waiting long between emails and in the end they won, i lost the €100 by canceling just so i could stop dealing with them and move to another casino...is this ok?

They answer polite and ask to review...but they know there is nothing to review, they want dead card and they want money back and they are rigged...wtf answer is this you money groping bastards...you know this is pointless you bastards and you know i am who i am but you use small details to bankrupt me
