My first purchase with 6pm was successful. However , the second one for discounted shoes turned out to be a huge disappointment. Received only one shoe of the pair in a dirty box with torn apart cellophane. Emailed the team with no response. Live chatted with a rep who suggested the problem to be with my shipping company which at their turn requested a formal response /evidence that both shoes had been delivered by 6pm. Rather frustrating experience as the parties keep blaming each other with no ability to provide any supporting proof. Reading all the negative feedback here doesn't give me any comfort and assurance that I will ever get this issue sorted.

Ordered shoes on December 11th, 2025 hoping to get them by Christmas. I reached out to customer service and they said will ship the 22nd. Today 12/26/2025 order is still "processing ". Will not be buying anything from this company ever again.

Their website was designed by an infant. Loging-in is nearly impossible. I finally got in and ordered something, but I can’t log in again after the product wasn’t delivered. This business is crap! It looks like it’s owned by Zappos. It’s time for both to disappear.
Got sent the wrong size
Got sent the wrong size. I ordered a kids 3 and they sent a little kids 12. The ones I ordered are now out of stock due to their incompetence. The refund was for the boots only and not the shipping. I paid $9.99 for rush shipping. They stated that it will be refunded separately. Makes no sense. Went down hill the past year or two.

I was excited to order a new pair of work shoes after someone told me about this great site. I received the confirmation email shortly after placing the order, stating they would be arriving 3 days later. That day came and went, so I went onto their site to check the status and couldn't get in. It wanted me to reset my password, which I did, then it blocked me. I called, and the first lady couldn't answer any questions; all she could say was that my order was cancelled. After being transferred around with long hold times, someone said it was cancelled. I never received an email that it was cancelled, nor did they know why it was cancelled. Needless to say, I went to a website I'm familiar with and ordered the same shoes. Definitely not worth the $2 I was going to save. Poor customer service, poor communication, I will never try to use them again!!

disappointed with customer service
I have purchased Allsaints sneakers. Once it has arrived one shoe is leaning like a tower on the left. I contacted customer service, as I am an international customer I was told I could not send it via return label, therefore I was issued a return of payment. The payment never arrived, contacted the customer service on two other occasions. Apparently the first customer service representative needed me to return the item. Which she said herself it was impossible. At the end of this all, I remained with a shoe which is visibly leaned on left and looks really weird, not even talking how bad that would be for my foot.

Fake UGGS
I used to buy from this site. Last time was a few years ago. I bought UGGS. They have never been worn and I’ve just gone to resell them. I was informed they are FAKE! I’m very disappointed and furious that i was sold fake Uggs from 6Pm.
Update! Just been on their online chat and was told because the 30 days are up , no returns accepted . Oh but 6pm this selling FAKE merchandise is ok. No! It’s ILLEGAL! BEWARE!!!

I ordered two pairs of shoes and…
I ordered two pairs of shoes and checked my account and it stated it was delivered. I clicked track my order and it says in transit. I am confused and just want my shoes or my money back but I can not reach anyone in customer service. The tracking number it gave me was an Amazon package tracking but Amazon says it does not exist. I feel scammed and will be filing a dispute charge with my bank if I do not receive my package by tomorrow.

wow what happened to 6pm customer service my order never got delivered and they never replied to my email. They have a chat with service team option that doesnt even work. Another order i ordered size 16 janie and jack pants and they sent me toddler size 6 pants wtf and they never reply their email i will attempt to contact their phone today wtf is all i can say if there was a negative star i would thought Amazon owned 6pm but clearly Service model is non existant

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent experience I had with 6 pm. I placed an order for a jacket that I was very excited about for my child. However, the order was never delivered. I went to check the status of the shipment. Upon attempting to log into my account, I discovered it was blocked.
I emailed customer service but received no response. When I called the support team, I was informed that my account was blocked as I was a new customer. I was further told that my order had been canceled, the item was no longer available, and my account was subsequently unblocked.
This experience has left me frustrated and disappointed. I take reliability and customer service seriously; others should know such practices.

I received defective shoes, contacted customer service, and provided all necessary details and photos, but they have not refunded my money or responded to my follow-up emails. No refund, no communication, nothing. Poor customer service and no resolution to my issue. I would not recommend shopping here.

I purchased two tracksuits for my grandsons . One pair did not fit. I paid to return through proper returns portal and eventually they arrived back at my home address no explanation. Went through the whole returns procedure again on 30th October and even though I have sent proof that the return got to 6pm, I have still not received a refund
I WOULD NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN AND JUST FEEL FORTUNATE THAT I HAD NOT HAD TO RETURN THE WHOLE ORDER OR I WOULD BE OVER £300.00 out of pocket
