Customer Service is awful! I tried to exchange a set of sheets for a month and contacted them multiple times on email, and then through their social media but there was absolutely no response. I guess I'm stuck with an expensive set of drop sheets because I can't use them on my bed. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!

DO NOT BUY from this company complete rip off WORST POLYESTER sheets pretending to be BAMBOO do they think the public are stupid ??? guess they do as we have purchased the crap and the company is laughing all the way to the bank
Many have complained tonthe ACCC. and still they trade
I have thrown mine in the garbage unused as not even a quality to be recycled.

Don't buy from this company. Bad quality, wont return calls or emails.

Terrible company. Ordered sheets and matched colour quilt cover. The latter never arrived until 6 weeks later than the sheets and both were different colours.
Despite 10 emails complaining there has been no reply or attempt to rectify.
The quality of the sheets is awful, with no header turn back, As a consequence the sheets always look crumpled and shabby.
Total rip off of a company.

I ordered two sets of bamboo sheets, a bamboo waffle blanket and bamboo quilt cover. The sheets arrived and are great but I was sent a cotton waffle blanket and micro fibre quilt cover. I have been trying for over three weeks now to get in contact with them via website, email and phone but no one is getting back to me.

I ordered 3 sets and was only sent 2. After 2 months of chasing them i received a random package from ebay for a 20 dollar sheet set from a brand called forZZZ

They are just using a generic mass produced cheap sheets and branding them as better than they are.

Only received two items labelled as bamboo however feel more like polyester. Two items received were cotton and micro fibre, not bamboo and did not receive a fourth item. Unresponsive to multiple contact attempts by phone, text, website and email. DEFINITELY DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

Wish I had read the reviews before purchasing!! Ordered king bamboo sheets - not at all as advertised. Felt hot not cooling, bottom of top sheet not same colour, dodgy overlocking, felt like sandpaper on my feet. Saw the 90 customer satisfaction have tried for weeks to contact support on website, phone & email no response. Tried social media they blocked me from facebook!! Don't trust this company $143 down the drain!!

Do not even consider this rubbish. The sheets arrived and didn’t look anything like the colours in the pictures. I have messaged them twice fora full refund which they proudly promote and they do not even respond. There is no other way to contact them. No wonder the reviews are so bad - wish I had of read them before buying😡

No response when the product delivered was different from the order. Colour and material of quilt cover delivered were completely different from what I had ordered. Don't waste your money, it's a scam.

Took a long time to arrive, cheap quality and impossible to hear back from their customer service team

Adorearth makes big claims about being Australian-owned, ethical, and “premium.” My experience suggests something very different.

I ordered:

Adorearth Bamboo Quilt Cover (Serene Blue, Queen)
Adorearth 100% Organic Bamboo Sheets (Serene Blue, Queen)

What arrived were two unrelated items, in two different shades of blue, both shipped from “Union Lucky Returns” — not Adorearth:

– A basic sheet set in a bamboo-labelled box with NO mention of being organic
– A “hotel duvet set” with NO indication it is bamboo or organic

Nothing matched the descriptions or the branding on the website.

I contacted every email available — Adorearth, Union Lucky, and the Shopify address — and received no response at all. No acknowledgement. No resolution.

At this point, Adorearth looks less like a reputable retailer and more like a clearing house for generic imports with marketing wrapped around them.

Instead of flooding inboxes with promotional emails, they should focus on sending customers the correct, advertised products — and actually responding when things go wrong.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.

I have now repeatedly tried to contact this company, with no replies whatsoever. Next, I'll be reporting it as a scam.

Substandard product, they are poorly made, crooked seams, loose threads, fitted sheet is miles too big for the mattress. No care label on pillow cases, therefore non compliant with Australian Consumer Law. They look like they have been sewn by an inferior chinese sweatshop. Emailed company with photos of faults they advised to return them for refund, but won't send reply paid return label. As they are heavy sheets it will cost alot to send them back so not worth it - I've spent enough. Despite emailing them several times about a reply paid label they do not respond. This company is con. I have reported them to the ACCC.

They are scamming people by sending products that do not match the descriptions which is a breach of consumer laws.
The sheet sets I received have NO care instruction tags attached - this is a break of Australian Consumers laws (ACL Section 56). Due to no tags either there is no way to verify if the sheets are really “100% bamboo” or “100% organic” as they claim. When you contact them to request to return the products & receive a refund they DO NOT respond at all. When I asked to cancel a section of my order this is the only time they responded and they claimed they couldn’t because it was all already dispatched even though it hadnt. But after that they stopped responding to any contact i tried to make despite their 90 day return & 100% refund guarantee they state on their website.
The product listing page doesnt show a thread count for the sheets but they have blog posts on their website that claim their bamboo sheets are 2000 thread count, but then another blog post says that any place that claims anything bamboo over 500 thread count is likely untrue. Another one of their blog posts claims their bamboo sheets are OEKO-TEX certified but Adorearth is no where in the OEKO-TEX directory.
For other products they sell they also use 3rd party sellers which they do not disclose anywhere on the product listing pages or in their shipping policy etc. This is also a break of Australian Consumer Laws as deceptive & misleading practices (ACL section 18).
When i first received my order confirmations I received 2 emails confirming the order, one of the emails has a “track order” button but when you tap it tries to take you to a website “bamboohome.com.au” but the website doesnt load.

The mulberry silk pillowcases come from a 3rd party sellers which on eBay, 1 side of the pillowcase is mulberry silk & the other is satin polyester (synthetic), so the products supplied do not match the descriptions which breaks of 100% natural - breaching Australian Consumer Laws (ACL section 56). Not disclosing it is from a 3rd os deceptive & misleading practices breaching ACL section 18. The put the AC logo in the picture of the pillowcases also which makes it look lile they are Adorearth branded but i received Luxor Crown branded pillowcases for the mulberry silk ones.

The lighter purple photo is of the mulberry silk Pillowcases and the darker purple is of “bamboo” sheet set that shows no care instruction tag attached.

I had to raise a dispute with Afterpay due Adorearth not responding to any of my contact. Adorearth didnt even respond to Afterpay about the dispute. In the end Afterpay looked after and refunded me - if they hadnt of i would have been out of almost $400 for products that do not match the descriptions or quality. Im really grateful to Afterpay for helping me with the issue.

Absolutely disgraceful, synthetic,no seams lying about being organic bamboo from murwillumbah. Cheap and nasty shipped from China. I lost over $100 and threw them out without even trying on bed. We have eczema and these would have caused a flare. They need to stop these lying scamming Chinese companies from trading in Australia

Doesn’t feel like bamboo, more like polyester blended, which I found hot to sleep on, and no double hem at the top of sheet, when given 2 free replacements, they were the same, only on one of the sets I had to sew the extra piece of material added to the sheet at the top to make it look like a turn down hem, the colour was not like on their advertising photos, instead of a brownish chocolaty colour called Burnt Orange, it was orange! Disappointed at the price I paid and was told I would get a 30% off my order, still waiting! I should have read the reviews first and saved myself $360! On the plus side, I did get fast response to my emails from Jodie & Zac from the customer care team, so thank you for that.

I think this company is a scam.I placed an order 2 and a half weeks ago and it still hasn't been shipped.When I contacted them, they couldn't give me a tracking number or any proof the order had been shipped and the only communication I got was when I contacted them.Avoid at all costs.

They sent me wool quilts rather than the bamboo ones I ordered and then will not respond to my emails.

These are not cheap sheets, I thought I was purchasing a quality product, but after 4 washes these sheets are pilling really bad. Also I hate the way the top sheet doesn’t have a double hem at the top. Apparently I was outside the 90 day moneyback warranty. Not worth the $$
