Internal Server Error at shop - ups - extra Payment Link because payment did not go well - sorrow - created extra orders without confirmation (bad computing minus 1 star) - service did not cancel additional orders as asked (bad; minus 1 star) - why - I really just wanted only one as written. - received 2 orders - ugly boxes (quality minus 1 star) - returned all - high processing fee - reduced refund - 20€ missing (really?, minus 1 star) - sad - got some money back (quick, so let them keep one star) - This is my first bad review at trustedpilot. - BUT it all started with server problems at shopping process. - Booking 4000021094 and

The goods arrived next day at Julia's Kiosk. The bottles were well packed so no breakages could occur.

They sell illy decaf coffee for 69 nok. In the picture they use the 250 gr package. In the description it is 125 gr. I purchased the coffee and when I received it home I figured the scam. Stay away from scammers.

I recently ordered a Hercules wooden salt and pepper grinder from BarLife. From the product photo, I initially thought it included two pieces, but it turned out to be just one. That was partly my mistake for not reading carefully, but also a bit of a marketing misunderstanding.

When I contacted customer service, they were extremely helpful. I explained that I wanted the matching grinder as well, and they made the process super easy. I placed a new order, and they even offered to cover my return delivery fee so I could get the correct product without extra hassle.

Now we’ve been using the grinders for over a week, and the quality is fantastic — solid and stylish. I’m very satisfied with both the product and the service.

Ordered the wrong bottle and sent an email cancelling the order within 10 minutes. Several days later they responded to my email to cancel saying the order was on its way. I responded saying that I’d like to cancel with my 14-day right of withdrawal and they said they were still shipping and I’d need to pay for the return. I’m not sure why the website says they’ll try to cancel orders if you email them before it goes out. Nie wieder!
