The gift bags are low quality for the expensive price. I myself would never give gifts to someone on those low quality bags.
The colors of the leathers is not as you see in the site. I ordered RED key holder. But received it in Pink, not Red.
I also wrote a special request/comment when I made my order. They easily just ignored it. They neither made it nor replied me on my special request. Just ignored it, and I don't understand why they ask for special request if they don't want to answer it.
Also i ordered 6 pieces of their free samples. They just sent me one without giving any reply or comment for unavailability.

I'm sorry to hear you do not like the gift bag. On the page where you order the gift bag, we show pictures of the gift bag. We show pictures of the gift bag as we want to show our customers what to expect when choosing wrapping in gift bag. If we have sent a gift bag with errors, we will of course send you a new one. Just send us an email with a picture of the received gift bag.
Regarding the color of our leather, then it is impossible to show 100% correct colors on pictures. But the colors on our pictures are very close to the actural colors.
On your order, you had added a comment, asking if we could pack the key chinas in nice boxes. We do only offer "wrapping in gift bag". We do not have additional gift boxes.
We offer free samples on our table cards. If you are interested in our table card, we will be happy to send you a free sample. Since you had ordered 6 identical samples, we thought it was a mistake, as you only need one sample to evaluate the quality / appearance of the table card.
