sales person Chase Klein

After receiving the information from Chase Klein about the system which included the reverse osmosis system I felt the price was too high. I also did not think drilling a hole into our counter top was something my wife would approve of. At this point i gave the ok to install the water system without the R/O unit. Prior to leaving Chase stated that if I changed my mind in the next 2 months, he would split the cost of the R/O unit with me. The next day the installer called and I found out that he could use the existing hole on the sink from our soap dispenser in the installation of the R/O unit. My wife was ok with that, at which time I called to have the whole system installed. After 2 calls to the office I did not receive a return call from Chase. I was informed by office personnel that Chase had changed the order and it was to be installed the next day. On the morning of the installation I called the office again in an attempt to talk to Chase who finally called me back. During that call I reminded him of what he stated to me about splitting the cost of the R/O unit to which he stated he did not remember that part of our conversation 2 days before.
At that point there was nothing to do but get the system installed. It has been less that a week and we are happy with the system except for poor pressure in my refrigerator which is being handled by the installer Franz after a call to him. If your sales people make deals with your customers they should stand by them, but it did not happen in this instance.
