i left DE to america without doing abmeldung
and without the abmeldung they couldnt stop the contacts so i was fined for not paying them
then at the end i had to wire 618 euros so they wouldnt report me to SCHUFA

I have been a loyal Congstar customer for several years, but my recent experience with their customer service has left me incredibly surprised, frustrated, and angry.
It genuinely makes me wonder whether Congstar has replaced its entire customer support with AI that is instructed to answer no questions and lose customers as quickly as possible.
Last month, I was not charged at all for my account. Then this morning, despite claims of multiple attempts to contact me, there was only one email and no letter or phone calls. That email stated that my phone payment plan had been cancelled and that I now have to pay the full remaining amount immediately.
I contacted customer support to ask a very simple question. Why was I not charged, and why was my contract cancelled without proper notice?
The response I received was literally the same email again, copied and pasted, with no context, no clarification, and no actual response to my question. There was absolutely no indication that a real human being had read my request.
At that point, any hope of staying a Congstar customer disappeared.
I would strongly warn anyone against using this company. Otherwise, you might wake up one morning to an email telling you that you suddenly have 700 euros less for Christmas presents, with no warning, no explanation, and no way to speak to a real person.
Extremely disappointing and unacceptable.

I ordered my internet from this company weeks ago and I still don';t have internet set up. FIRST PROBLEM: I organised a direct debit to make payment smoother. They took a day to check the direct debit and by the time they had, my chosen tarif had gone up by €3/month. When I called to say I'd ordered it on the cheaper tarif, they told me "That was yesterday's tarif"... YES!!! And yesterday was when I ordered it. Checking my direct debit is on your time so why do you charge me at the new tarif? SECOND PROBLEM: It has taken them one month to organise an appointment. The day me and my housemate have been preparing ourselves for, they come, but don't even ring the doorbell. They call my phone while I'm in the toilet so I miss the call. I can't call back as it is a number that doesn't accept calls. When I call Congstar I'm told that I have to wait another 10 days for an appointment. Then he puts the phone down on me without booking the appointment. I mean this is 2025, almost 2026, to wait 6 weeks for internet is insane. What is your problem Congstar? You definitely do not value your customers ...

Can someone finally respond to my emails? You are attempting to cancel a service that I have already paid for! This is completely unacceptable.
You seriously need to fix your payment platform before offering customers long-term contracts. Ever since I switched to this plan, your system has repeatedly failed to record my payments, and now you’re cancelling my subscription again. How is it even possible that I’ve supposedly been using my phone without paying for 15 months? Are you serious?
Please resolve this issue immediately and stop sending me these pointless and frustrating emails. I expect a clear explanation and confirmation that my service will remain active without further interruption until my next payment in December.

Terrible. In the beggining everything was good. When we received a router, the Internet wasn't there so we asked for an appointment with specialist to take a look what's wrong. First one, nobody arrived and I was waiting for 6 hours. Second one, nobody arrived; hotline said that this appointment wasn't in their system (which is not my problem). Third one, man arrived, didn't even ring the door. I met him outside and asked if he was from congstar/telekom. He said "no", sat to the car and left. 3 min later we receive a notification that nobody was at home and specialist didn't manage to reach us (he didn't even call via phone...).
We quit the contract, but congstar still takes money from our bank account. I absolutely don't reccoment this provider.

I topped up 100EUR 5 days ago for the yearly package and the service is not working, I still don’t have data, I’m completely lost when I’m out and about. The customer service hasn’t responded to my emails. The worst.

Horrible company that does not care. "Technicians" on support chat lie and constantly say that "modernization" is in progress and that it will be resolved in a couple of days. When I reach again after the date they gave, they say the same thing again, just with another date. This goes on forever.
It worked at first (2 years ago) and progressively got worse as time went by. Now I can't even work with 0.5-3 MBit/s in BERLIN? I wonder how this service works in the middle of nowhere!

Signed a new contract, had working WiFi for 2 days. Then the whole disaster started. Multiple employees of congstar didn’t know what to do, technicians came 4 times without avail. By the time I gave up and told them to terminate the contract they told me that I had to keep the router. Worst customer experience in my life

Have been using congstar for a few years now and had nothing but trouble. Couldn't get back into the app and when I called the support hotline they were just not helping and rude. I was yelled at and told that I'm not listening. When I asked something I got the same reply over and over again.

I really like congstar. I’ve been using them since I have arrived in Germany for like 9 years. The app is obviously in German but easy to understand and the customer service has always been SUPER kind to me and helpful and offers support in English. You used to have to wait a while for the sim to arrive but that’s anything by post in Germany. Now with eSIM it’s super easy and immediate. For us non commitment folk I highly recommend. I use the month to month and it’s awesome.

So, I ordered a DSL100 connection via Telephone and one of the employee made a mistake with my name. So, I had to spend an hour correcting their own mistakes and they eventually cancelled and asked me to make a new request online. After ordering a new connection, within 1 day they sent me an e-mail saying
