Disheartening
Tried to upgrade to the label printing system.
It taking weeks, haven’t even got an invoice, despite asking more than one person.
Again getting messed about from this company.
I agreed to remove previous posts on here, with the hope that things would get better, given they had offered a discount on the labelling machine, if I removed the posts.
Again feel this is the only way they respond to me.

I have never experienced such incompetence and lack of support from a business platform as I have with Flipdish. Working with them has been nothing short of a nightmare.
From day one, Flipdish has shown:
🚫 Non-existent customer service — emails go unanswered for days, support tickets are ignored, and nobody takes responsibility.
🚫 Zero accountability — repeated issues are acknowledged but never actually fixed.
🚫 Unreliable technology — glitches and errors that cost me orders and revenue with no resolution.
🚫 No escalation or urgency — even when my business was losing money, Flipdish treated it like a minor inconvenience.
🚫 Broken communication — every response feels scripted, unhelpful, and dismissive of the real problem.
This isn’t just “bad service” — this is negligence. My business suffered financially and operationally because of Flipdish’s inability to support its clients.
To any restaurant or business considering Flipdish: think twice. If you value your time, money, and sanity, stay far away.

First time using Flipdish - Why is there a 6.99 tax charge?
First time using Flipdish. There was a 6.99 charge for tax on top of 3.99 service and delivery charge. There was no warning that there was a euro 6.99 tax charge. Will not use again

I have called multiple times over the past month and was told the manager would call me back — still no call to this day.
They have been charging £40 a month for a 3rd-party integration that we cancelled right from the beginning, yet continued billing us for it. Every time I try to resolve it, I get passed around with no answers.
This company seriously needs to sort out their customer service because this is unacceptable.
