I made my flight change request on the application the price displayed was €55! Except that when my file was processed, the price had changed! A difference of €14! Also instead of paying €55 initially proposed, I had to pay €69! Which is not normal !! I don't think about renewing my subscription !

Avoid at all cost - Not reliable

If I could give a 0-star rating I would.
My mother (70yo, who speaks very little english) booked a flight through govoyage website to travel to my brother's, to avoid the struggle of the language.
However, she was unable to check in for her return flight from Whitehorse to Toronto (with a 2h layover in Edmonton), and found herself stranded in Edmonton for hours.
The first flight was delayed, so when she arrived at the airport, it was too late; check-in had closed.
The airline was called to check in before the journey, but they said they couldn't because the fare was purchased through Govoyage...
My mother is 70 years old... She had to spend another 900$ to come back to me, and Govoyage said they bear no responsibility, and told her to get lost.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS. They are not reliable; they do not care about you, only your money.
My mom was in a very vulnerable position, and Govoyage simply doesn't care. Do not use their "services", especially not for flights.
I will post this on every media/rating website out there to warn others.

Cancellations not processed/refunded

Booked a flight for November 15, flight was delayed by 8+ hours so had the ability to cancel or accept the updated schedule.

Chose to cancel. Booked a different flight that would arrive earlier than the one we now had.

Cancellation was never processed. Had to dispute the transaction through my credit card company. THEN they decided to send the email that my cancellation was processing (december 23rd). From that point on it can take up to 30 days to process

Well, guess what, 30 days later and nothing has happened.
