Use this company at your peril

Use this company at your peril. If I could give no stars I would. My advise always book car hire directly with the car hire company and not through this third party provider as if your plane is delayed you can’t change your arrival time directly with the hire company at the airport as they insist you contact holiday autos to amend the time of arrival. I contacted holiday autos before our collection time via their chat service as this is the only way you can communicate with them. They assured me they would amend my collection time but that never happened therefore the airport car hire company cancelled my booking but kept the payment. Even after sharing all the chat transcripts Holiday Autos take no responsibility and declined to refund me. I’ll never use this company again.

They didn't give us the car.

On arrival at the airport there were no clear pickup instructions, and we waited 40 minutes to be collected after we ran the agent (how long we'd have waited had we not rang them I've no idea). Once at the off-site rental agent they refused to release the car claiming the credit card was currently blocked (which my own bank disputed). Ultimately the car was not released and we had to then find another car hire option locally at far greater cost and inconvenience. Two stars given because we were given a full refund by Holiday Autos and the customer service was friendly and efficient. The review is more a criticism of the local agent in Turkey that Holiday Autos used, but that is where they need to be far more diligent as the agent is their ambassador.

Scam company

Scam company - went to collect the car, but it wasn't suitable. The rental company issued a full refund - not so Holiday Autos, who simply issued the bland response: "From the details of your flight that you provided us with, I can see that it would not have been possible for you to arrive at the rental counter at the time specified on your rental voucher." This was despite the having collected the car!!??? Have written back with uploads of proof, but I'm just being blanked. Have asked to escalate to the manger, but they refuse to provide details. Plenty of other companies out there. Avoid.

As stated on your rental voucher, “Please also note that the vehicle may not be available if you arrive late at the rental company. If the vehicle is not released due to late arrival, no refund will be given.”
