One of the most incompetent hot tub…

One of the most incompetent hot tub parts companies I've dealt with. I have placed two orders with them in an 11 month time frame. Both times they sent me someone elses parts and sent my parts to them. Both times they did nothing to fix the issue until both people involved called in. They would not ship me another part I had to wait for them to send shipping labels to both of us and we had to ship the parts directly to each other. Took them five days to send a shipping label to my email. Never once did they offer money back or money off to make up for their mistakes. Ended up taking over three weeks to get the correct part. Save yourself a lot of time and aggravation and order from anyone else but hot tub outpost.

Take your money and then ghost you.

Ordered a part for my hot tub.
Never got an e-mail acknowledgement of my order.
Their stated delivery time came and went, no item sent.
Emailed them numerous times but never got a single response.
(Items I'd bought now listed at 3x the price so I assume they couldn't fulfill my order at the listed price, but instead of just apologising and refunding me, they chose to ghost me and hope I got fed up of trying to get a response from them).

Now going through the tedious process of chargeback to get my money back.

In addition I wasted a month with a broken hot tub that I could have fixed weeks ago if not for these people.

Avoid this bunch of cowboys at all costs.

Shocking customer service.
