Swift response and resolution
I had my flight delayed by airline so had to add an extra day to my parking. There is no direct contact number so had to fill in a form which I did. To my surprise I got a response within an hour. I was instructed to book entire new parking session and they will out of goodwill refund my original parking session even though I did not pay for cancellation fee on my original parking session. I was refunded the first session fee upon providing them with new parking session reference. Very please with the service.

I used this website for several times but the customer service doesn’t exist here. Anytime you contact them, no answers back, no customer service, nothing, no apologies. If the operator change something you get a short notice and that’s it. You deal with everything yourself.
SCAM - Proof of misleading information (Ref: MSG0645607)
Looking4Parking sold me a 'Mystery' deal for Stansted with a 5-minute transfer. After booking, they assigned me to the Long Stay car park.
I have a written email from their support (Ref: MSG0645607) where they explicitly admit: "Official Long Stay Car Park offers... a 15 - 10 minute of transfer time." >
Despite their own admission that the service is NOT what I paid for, they refuse to move my booking to Mid Stay (which actually has a 3-minute transfer). They told me to cancel and pay today's higher prices instead. This is a total breach of UK Consumer Rights and misleading advertising. I have kept all screenshots of the offer and their contradictory emails for my bank's chargeback process.

Avoid at all costs. The state of my car when returned was shocking. My rear seats were all pushed down, the cover in my boot was opened and pushed forward, loose change, phone chargers and other things stolen. One could assume my car was being used or at the very least very broken into. Told management. They couldn’t care less. I had to phone the police and report it. You can’t make it up.

Booked parking at Manchester Meet & Greet at a decent price.
Conditions included free amendment or cancellation up to 72 hours before arrival.
My return flight time changed, so I thought I’d nothing else to do but amend the time, but no, they expected me to cancel my booking and rebook at a price almost £100 more!
When I questioned their terms and conditions showing free amendments, they came back with the ludicrous claim that they didn’t charge to carry out the amendment!!
The term amendment is pretty clear, a change to the original booking, in this case from 0800 to 1400.
Don’t book with these scammers unless you definitely know that you won’t have to amend anything.

Booked space in Jet3 car park from 2/01/2026 till 28/1/2026 unfortunately we loaded our car up with cases Car would not start we tried a few time no luck we were then panicking so we had to phone for taxi from Liverpool to Manchester Airport when we arrived at airport I email looking4parking and explained our situation I had purchased cancellation cover The rely was I I was only covered up to 1 hour before entry to car park. We were stressed getting to airport and checking in and then be told we would not get refund I did mention I was not looking for full refund but something would have been nice would think twice before using again. This is what is in terms (Requests to cancel bookings are only valid if you contact us directly. Cancellation requests can only be accepted during our office hours (which are Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm GMT) and remain subject to the above notice period. If you submit a cancellation request outside of office hours, please take into account that your cancellation request will only be accepted once our office hours start. If this is less than the notice period for the product then your cancellation request will not be accepted.)

Booking and amending
Although easy to book I did have problems amending my booking when it asks for extra info after payment. I emailed customer support who came straight back to me and when I emailed them the details, amended immediately.

Great communication
Used this service a few times and very good customer service skills. Booked another stay and in put the wrong data for booking and didn’t realise until I got confirmation booking. Emailed them straight away and was all resolved in less than a couple of hours

Excellent Service With Jet Parks @Stansted a few…
We've used Jet Parks @Stansted a few times and we find it to be easy and secure. We park up and keep our keys with us. So our car stays where we leave it. We get on the big shuttle bus, which stops at every zone, and it picks you up and drops you off again at the end of your holiday. Security barriers prevent unauthorised entry/exit.
We've just booked again and I didn't put in 2 passengers, so sent a message on their Contact Form and received a message saying all dealt with, and an amended invoice emailed to me. No problems.

Payback Granted after a mistake
Due to miscommunication with my wife, we booked twice the same parking for the same duration and same car. We identified this late. Alerting the company, i asked for payback of one of the 2 reservations, knowing from T&Cs that you cannot be payed back if you ask later 24 Hours of your 1st day stay. I was very happy when i learnt i would be paid back, which now practically occurred. Very glad about this outcome obviously!

Shocking service
Shocking service, booked the park for 7 nights as that what it should have been but unfortunately got an infectious gastric disease while away which not only spoilt my holiday but as there was no contact whatsoever at the car park to inform them I would be 2 nights late had to take it on the chin when I got back and believe me I did, they actually charged me double the initial parking fee for 7 nights which I thought utter robbery so guys be aware of this lot if your late expect to be ripped off.
