We bought some fairly expensive Rattan dining chairs from Mobelaris in Feb 2024. They didn't arrive until late June 2024. Communication throughout the process of getting the chairs was basically non existent and we had to keep chasing to see what was happening. When the chairs finally arrived all looked well.
After a few weeks of using the chairs the rattan on the seat started to fray and break. Into the second month and all of the seats now have large holes in them.
When we contacted Mobelaris to complain and use the 5 year warranty. We were told that we had "misused" the chairs.
We are two fairly slight adults who often eat in the kitchen, so if occasionally sitting down to eat constitutes misuse then fair enough, but to be told that this was the end of the matter in no uncertain terms feels fairly scandalous. We now have 4 useless chairs clogging up the flat and no chance of repair.
Just updating in line with their reply:
- Understood regarding manufacturing timeframe and you put this on the website, but for this product it was specified to be delivered within 6-8 weeks.
- Chairs received in June 2024 (so 18 months ago not two years)
- Product appeared fine on delivery so well done!
- The defects appeared in the first chair after the first few months, but we thought we'd wait and see. We first complained of the defect in early Nov 2025 (well within the "warranty" timeframe)
- I'm replying 2 years after the original order because of all the above. And now having received a reply from you that you won't be resolving the issue with us personally, this is my only outlet. To warn other potential customers.
I would accept responsibility for wear and tear, but this is less than 18 months after the product was delivered.
These chairs were obviously poorly manufactured and you should have taken responsibility for that. Instead, as your reply reflects, you treat your customers with contempt when they raise genuine feedback.
"We remain at your disposal is your default sign off", but it's just not true. The only disposal we now need is of your faulty product.

The product, a coffee table, as delivered was in line with our expectations.
We have suffered from some delivery issues with the logistics provider (independant but contracted by Mobelaris) with very poor support from the logictics causing delivery delays and frustration. But it is worth to mention that Mobelaris customer support has been very pro-active, responsive and efficient.

The chairs were very high quality and exceeded our expectations. Their items are stylish, well crafted and unique from the High Street stores. My sofa is my fifth purchase from Mobelaris over the past ten years.
I was aware that the delivery would be approximately 12 weeks after placing the order, as the sofa is hand crafted to order. But, the company kept me informed throughout.
Again, I was not disappointed by the design, manufacture and the exquisite leather. It is exactly as I had hoped and perfect for my living kitchen. It complements my LC Mobelaris table, with the back and chrome.

Customer support kept me informed of the status of the order. I had a problem with my user account not showing the order history but after reaching out to them, they were able to solve the problem. I ordered an AJ wall lamp replica and I'm satisfied with it.

I placed an order in February 2025 with an estimated delivery time of 12-16 weeks. After more than 5 months, I had neither received the product nor any clear delivery date.
Communication with customer service was vague and, after opening a dispute with my bank, the company unilaterally cancelled my order.
I finally recovered my money thanks to a Visa/Revolut dispute, but not directly from the company.
My experience has been negative and I do not recommend buying here if you expect reliable service or timely delivery.
Hice un pedido en febrero de 2025 con un plazo estimado de entrega de 12-16 semanas. Tras más de 5 meses, no recibí el producto ni una fecha clara de entrega.
La comunicación con atención al cliente fue ambigua y, tras abrir una reclamación con mi banco, la empresa canceló unilateralmente el pedido.
Finalmente recuperé mi dinero gracias a una disputa con Visa/Revolut, pero no directamente por parte de la empresa.
Mi experiencia ha sido negativa y no recomiendo comprar aquí si se espera un servicio fiable ni entregas en plazo.
