you forgot regular customers

Not everyone is building an ai rig. Some of us just want a reasonably priced card for gaming, editing, or everyday work without paying luxury-brand money. Make real mid-range options that are actually affordable and available. Once again, your gpus are good. Just don't forget about normal customers please

Gamers built this company

Gamers built this company, we bought cards for years and made them rich. We now get slapped in the face with the prioritization of AI $lop crap nobody asked for. Soon price will be unobtanium for most while affordable stock vanishes. All for data center profits! I'm done with NVIDIA and will make my 3080 and 2070 last as long as I can, even if it means playing older Indie games.... which really isn't a bad thing! I might pick up an affordable AMD 9070 soon before GPUs get out of my range. I will NEVER pay for Cloud Compute!

As a once-proud manufacturer of quality…

As a once-proud manufacturer of quality graphics cards for consumers and corporations alike,
Nvidia’s fall from grace is a lesson to us all, with great power comes great responsibility, something Nvidia has shown they are unable to handle.
The quality of their products does not align with the price and is neither worth your money nor your time.
Luckily, there are other and better competitors on the market who value their customers and their products more than Nvidia does.

Be good to yourself, and don’t waste your energy on Nvidia.

NVIDIA is a Scam

NVIDIA prioritizes what is financially and visually profitable for themselves rather than customer experience/service.

NVIDIA is not only a corporate clown of a company, but they also fail to provide their customers with fundamental needs; truly a corporate sellout.

Horrible, most self-absorbed, deaf company yet.

Horrible company- they think they are now too good than serving the consumer that got them to where they are now.

It's difficult to avoid their products, but avoid them where you can. They're pushing policing what we do on the internet and are actively funding oligarchs and that will further destroy the world like Peter Thiel, Elon Musk, Donald Trump, etc. They are also enabling militaries to use AI to make life-taking decisions and putting them in charge of actual weaponry. (AI in its current state has 0 rights to be used in the military, and is a disaster waiting to happen.)

Companies like this cannot keep getting away from this. Do not give them a penny wherever you can. The way they are acting now is acting against your best interests as a consumer.

Flawed Support but Top Tech.

NVIDIA's hardware is the best in the business for my gaming preference and desired performance. The technology is truly impressive.

However, customer support is a major weakness. The experience is a complete gamble—you might get great help or be ignored for weeks. Driver updates can also be unstable.

You pay for leading-edge technology, but the support and software experience don't always match that premium standard. It's a trade-off.

IMPRESSIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE

In 2021 I purchased the Nvidia Shield TV Pro (2019) version from Best Buy. I only used it a handful of times, moved to a new place, and had it stored away for too long. Just recently ( November 2025) I came across it and attempted to set it up. To my surprise the wall adapter piece was nowhere to be found so I was unable to power the unit on and use it. After frantically searching everywhere for the cord I started searching the internet on how to acquire a replacement cord. I noticed a few posts on Reddit stating that sometimes Nvidia customer support will sometimes send customers a replacement cord. I messaged support right away and I included proof of purchase, pictures of the device, detailed my issue, and asked that a replacement cord be mailed to me as a 1X customer curtesy and to my surprise my request was granted. Just a few days later I received the cord in the mail and I’m officially using the device. I was extremely grateful for this wonderful customer service and I thank you very much!!

Abysmal customer service

Abysmal customer service. I understand that most companies have customer service only to absorb negative sentiment and not help the users, but NVIDIA has taken that to a whole new level.

Their level 1 support seems to be completely forbidden from doing anything other than saying how sorry they are. They keep lying and outright ignoring anything that the user says that they do not like. When asked a question that is even mildly inconvenient, they just pretend it was never asked. The issue dates to the beginning of September and it still hasn't been resolved to my satisfaction. Last message I sent to them was on October 1st and they still have not replied.
