We have only been provided with an order number PRIO82492. After waiting over three months we never received the product or even a tracking number so we requested a refund. Now, over 5 months since our payment was collected, still no product or refund!

I had ordered 4 watches over the last 2 years. It was all good. 1 watch arrived broken and I never got it replaced. Now my final order is not being delivered, despite payment. Upon consecutive checking they keep coming back saying that they will contact the head office.

This website is a complete scam designed to steal your money, knowing that the transactions are irreversible. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.

I placed an order (referencing PRIO82536 and PRIO82527) approximately three months ago. The total value of the Bitcoin I sent was around $242 USD.

Payment Method: They exclusively demanded non-refundable Bitcoin.

Communication: After I paid, all genuine communication stopped. I reached out repeatedly via their WhatsApp number (+1 (858) 267-9342). I was met with delay tactics, and eventually, total silence.

Result: I have received no product, no tracking number, and no refund.

I have filed official reports for wallet blacklisting and domain abuse. Save yourself the stress and financial loss, avoid this website completely.

Go to a company that cares. Keep saying they will provide track soon. It’s been almost two weeks and all they can say is that “it’s our top priority”. They’re are other companies out there, use one of those.

I ordered the batman swiss. It is perfect in every way!! Received in a couple weeks. Super smooth transaction. Payment was easy through PayPal. I really enjoyed that. Will order again.

41 days of “processing” with no response to phone calls, emails, or the “live” chat, and the order tracking portion of the website returns an error.

Ordered on 8/19, processing began on 8/30, and then they disappear. Scam.

11/3: still no response. I’ll be filing a complaint with the FTC when the government reopens.

Great customer service through the app. The watch showed up at my door ahead of schedule and looks great. Customer service continues to be great after the sale as well.

I purchased the Ladies DateJust 178274/01. The watch clasp will not stay closed; it does not keep time or date. I have continuously called and emailed customer service to no avail. Customer service is great until you pay.

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED

I purchased the Rolex Submariner. Looks great.
It wasn't keeping good time at first...I sent it back...it cost about the same amount to ship it to them that it did to purchase it.
They replaced the watch and still problems persist.
Iit doesn't keep correct time EVERY day. Needs winding every morning....at best it's costume jewelry! Don't buy it to keep correct time....not worth it.

I purchased from Perfect Rolex, knowing that it was a replica. When I finally received the watch, it was such a runner on great speed, advanced without control about 1/2 hour every 3 hours. I contacted customer services (bogus) via email and phone, but nobody pick up the phone. Somebody named Cindy Marquez responded via email offering full refund, but after few days and couple weeks nothing happened. Now, they didn't respond so I am stuck with this wasteful watch. Lesson learned. Do not buy from this company. I report this company to Visa International to try to get this website banned to get business every where.

I bought from Perfect Rolex, knowing that I was purchasing a replica. I sent the company my wrist size so that I would not have to have use an outside source. When I finally received the watch, it was smaller than I expected, paper clip light and the screws from the bracelet came out after I wore it once. I asked to have it returned and it takes them weeks to respond and they didn’t send a return label. The watch cost $215, to ship it back is $70. They will not respond so I am stuck with this watch. Do not buy from this company. Lesson learned. If you buy a Rolex, buy a real one, I told myself and never buy from Perfect Rolex again.
