Delivery pDelivery Drivers Leaving Too Quickly After Ringing Doorbellersonnel should wait at least…

Delivery personnel should wait at least two minutes after ringing the doorbell. People may be in another room, and it can take one or two minutes to reach the door. However, sometimes delivery drivers do not wait even a few seconds and leave immediately after ringing the bell.

This becomes especially frustrating when we are expecting an urgent package. A little patience can make a big difference for customers.

Waiting 2 weeks for a package

Waiting for my Package for 2 weeks now, which should have been delivered 2 times already. After I changed to service Pick Up Point, they still went to my home, when I was at work, so now I am still waiting for my package for another 2 days and Im still not sure, If they actually deliver this time.

I just went to check, and our postbox is empty.

That means they either delivered to someone else's postbox, or they lied about it.
