Can't be trusted, non committing

They made us wait 4 weeks after telling us they can give us a small space at their new location on Discovery Drive in Manassas, we were eagerly waiting to get cost after the plan for office buildout was submitted and they became less interested in divving up the space because they found companies to rent larger space. What a shame that companies don't feel morally obligated to stand to their committment. Don't raise hopes and say 'yes'/'possible' one day and then say 'no' just because you found a bigger fish. This just shows how unprofessional this company is.
