Very delayed delivery

I ordered three pairs of undies on the 19th of January, the website said that delivery would happen in a few days, it’s now been two weeks and I still haven’t received anything. I sent two emails to the contacts indicated in their website and didn’t get any reply or any additional information on the status of the order. I hope that eventually I’ll get my order and that the product is worth the wait!

No delivery of goods and no explanation why.

I ordered some underwear from Repeat on 4th December. Six weeks later I have not yet received the goods I ordered and paid for. I have used the contact form on their website and also have sent them emails informing them of the situation, but I have received no response. I also made a complaint via the Shop App, but again no response. I feel my only option is to contact my credit card company and ask them to help me resolve this problem.

Worst experience ever

I bought a pack of undies on December 16th. As of today (January 14th), my order still hasn't been sent and customer service ignored my various emails. I have asked for a refund. They're fraudsters who just take your money and run. Don't order from them! I plan to tell the DDPP about this website.

Non existent customer support

I have bought some slips and received the package after a month and a half (i tried several times to reach the customer service without a single response EVER!) so I had to buy from other place. Finally I received the package but the slips are too tight and I wanted to ask for a refund. I have already sent 8 emails but they don’t reply back, not even through IG, however they spam you with 3-4 marketing emails every day. So disappointed by this brand. Never buying anything from them again.

I Paid 409.20 PLN, no delivery, no response for weeks placed an order


I placed an order (no. PL1050) on 15 November 2025 for menstrual underwear for a total of 409.20 PLN, paid in advance by card.

It has now been 25+ days and I still haven’t received my order. The company never informed me about any delay. I tried contacting them several times via the contact form on their website and by e-mail, but I received no reply at all.

After that I checked Instagram and Trustpilot and found many similar reviews from other customers saying they also paid but never received their goods. This looks less like a one-time mistake and more like a systematic problem.

At this point I am preparing to:

request a chargeback from my bank for non-delivered goods,

contact the consumer protection authorities and the European Consumer Centre,

and consider reporting the case to the police as potential fraud.

I’m sharing this review to warn other customers: in my experience, this shop takes money but does not deliver orders and ignores all communication.

Didn't received order 1 month after ordering it

Already sent 2 emails because I didn't received the products I ordered almost 1 month ago (25th of October). I ordered 3 boxers and a purse, and after they sent me via Shopify a mail saying the order is "in transit" the 27th of October, I didn't received anything else.
Is it necessary to make an evaluation on Trustpilot to have any kind of reply ? Don't know but better try.

I was really hoping to finally find some underwear for my menstruation, but they all seem like scams to do money over female body once again. I'm angry because of all the evaluation I see on Trustpilot. If you have problems on the delivery, contact the people buying at least.

I really hope sincerely this will come in order, and even maybe find that the products are good ?

Also hope I won't get a reply telling me I need to send an email with the word Trustpilot, 'cause I already did

Half order and no refund

They sent me half my order, saying the rest was no longer in stock, and asking if I wanted to wait three weeks or get a refund. I requested a refund, but despite numerous reminders, it hasn't been processed. It's been almost a month now, and there's been no support whatsoever. Meanwhile, I've lost almost €50. Be wary.

Unreliable refunds after return

Very poor absorption

The product is very disappointing. After being bombarded by adds on social media, as I needed new period underwear, I thought I would give them a try. Although I was wearing a menstrual cup on that day (so had a very small flow), the so called "heavy flow" underwear left me with stains after just 3 hours. I contacted their customer service and no response. Stay away and stick to better known brands.

Awful customer service

I placed my order on January 13th. After not hearing anything from them for over a week, I got in touch to ask when my order would be shipped, only to be told the products I had purchased were not available and would be back in stock within a few days. After another week of waiting without hearing a single word I contacted them again and they said it would be "a while" (which they later clarified would be another three weeks maximum). As soon as I said I would wait but definitely would cancel my order if it took longer than three weeks, they just issued a refund. Customer service is awful and to be honest it sounds like I spoke to AI the whole time. That's a shame as I bought from them in the past and loved the quality of their products, but it's not worth the hassle.

Perfect for light bleeding, unfortunately not strong enough for my heavy bleeds

The period panties are comfy, nice and generally leak-proof but unfortunately they’re not strong enough for my period. They’re perfect for my first day and the last few days but when trying to wear them exlusively (no extra hygiene products) I’d have to change almost every hour or otherwise I’d bleed through them. Overall I’m very happy with them and I prefer to wear these panties without metal particles instead of other ones that may be more absorbent but carry a health risk :)

I bought them for my daughter and they…

I bought them for my daughter and they are perfect, as they have the special Teen size, 3XS, and she is very comfortable with them, she puts them on in the morning before going to school and changes them in the afternoon/evening when she is home again. During the first days she normally uses 3, while afterwards she uses just 2, one during the day and one during the night.
It’s much easier for her, as she doesn’t have any leaks and doesn’t need to change so often. I would recommend them for sure!

Excellent customer service, upbeat, positive attitude shows through in all communications.
The product itself is amazing. I was a bit skeptical that they would hold up the first and second days of my period but they did fine and I was so much more comfortable than before. Thanks for creating such an innovative and comfy product to replace disposable pads.

Drop shipping

Only one follow-up notification 10 days after I ordered. I received 3 similar panties with different tags and quite different from the pictures on the website. The material feels cheap and plasticky. After a few uses I doubt the inner lining is cotton, it doesn't absorb very well and is irritating. Not recommended if you want confortable period panties and durable product. The "limited offers" have been on for years.
