Too long delivery time and poor customer service options

I placed an order 26/12 but it didn’t arrive until approx 16/12. Tracking just said the parcel was waiting to be collected. I went into website to look for contact details as I thought it’d been lost in transit but for my query I had to print and complete a form and send it to you before you’d even be able to consider my query. Shocking service and hard to communicate with so won’t order again from you again

I had purchased a jumper from Selected after already owning a few others from them.
The jumper arrived very quickly and is of fantastic quality as it always is, the fit is perfect for me and are true to size plus I got it cheaper directly than elsewhere online.
Great service all round and extremely happy with the jumper.
