The company did not inform us in advance, that Turkey has an obscure rule that requires a passport to be valid for min. 180 days on entry. When I checked us in on the flight 32 hours before departure, and gave passport details, including the expiry dates, all 5 of us were accepted. In the airport in Hamburg, my 75 year old mother was then denied access to the flight, because her passport was only valid for 150 days. A proper travel company that sends tourists to Turkey regularly should know about this and inform their customers. But they refused to take responsibility. Very bad service. Will never travel with this company again.

Thanks for a joyful stay and calling me before the trip to Cyprus. I am looking forward to coming back again in February next year. We loved our stay in Constantinos the Great Beach hotel, wounderful employees, great service, strongly recommended. This hotel is convenient with beautiful beach, daily entertainment with yoga, walking tours and cave tour for free. We were very impressed and really enjoyed our time there.
The hotel and the rooms were different as was shown in the pictures, more bills were used than expected. Extra payment for the boarding card, and extra payment for the taxa, because the bus we had, didn't drive us to the right hotel + we wanted a refund for the things we paid extra, but the employees on the phone were pretty rude and we couldn't come to the agreement
Overall i do not recommend this company at all because of their own incompetence in making the plans for the customer.
Solfaktor is just a software engine that searches and combines hotels and flights. There is no service, no guides, no knowledge of the travel offers
We could just as well have booked flight and hotel ourselves, probably at a lower cost.
We had issues with both flights (example I was seated 14 rows from my 9 year old son) and hotelroom (example smelled of sewage)
We had many more different issues during our travel and had to solve everything the best we could ourselves
Will never use this "Company" again, but at least we are now wiser
In the summer we were going to travel to Krete, but our vacation was canceled. After 3 months our money was returned to the bank account. I would travel with them again.

We bought a trip me and my family to go to vacation, in the page they had pictures with huge pools and activities,but when we where there,the pool was empty, and the only pool was available,was full of dirt! The rooms had ants everywhere even in the bed!... Mold in the bathroom..
I took pictures,videos...etc, i sent it all to Solfaktor email with all details,and we have got just 10 percent of our full price back in compensation after 2 months waiting!
We really feel like we got scammed twice! And that will be last time i will buy any holiday with this company

Regarding the my hotels voucher booking at Casar Palace Guesthouse. i had a bad experience.
No reception, the contact information on the booking documents,no one responded to our enriques at the address,
we looked around, the place was so dirty.
The pictures on the website are photoshopped, compared to the real life.

I booked a really cheap vacation which was nice. When I got to the hotel, they had issues with wi-fi and I was there to study, so it was quite a serious problem for me. I contacted sunfaktor and they helped me get a refund from the hotel so I could book another one with wi-fi. The customer service was great, fast replies.
All worked quite well at the end, only the ordering process is difficult as the description of the options is very brief and simplistic to the point that it is not clear what one is choosing and getting. For example, room options where high floor, studio, and just room, no indication of how many floors are there, what's the difference between studio and regular room. There was an option for (an expensive) car rental (with overly complicated terms as debit cards like visa dankort not accepted, return car with the same fuel level) but no indication of whether the company offers transport from airport to hotel and back, which was very strange. We had to Google a lot but in wane. Their terms and conditions are even more vague as they define "travel package" as a combination two possible services, e.g. transportation and housing, but they never define what transportation means. After we ordered without car rental we got a link to a website with many car rental companies, but they all had stupid disclaimer "we accept debit and credit cards, but not debit" (yep, contradiction in one sentence!), so this was a no go. When we arrived we found that the hotel consisted of many 2-floor buildings, the top one had a balcony with sunny sea view and the lower apartment's balcony was facing the inner "pedestrian" street in the shaddow – very nice. TFS airport is literally crowded with car renting companies (just look at the map!), including ones with plain and simple terms, cheap no-questions insurance, get-full-return-full terms, no no-debit-card bs – so we went with them, booking in advance on their page helped saving time, one can even rent a car while waiting for language to arrive. Basically one has to do a bit of research and arrange some pieces on your own.
The trip was very nice, we had no problems with the reservations or the flights. It was a bit hard to find out what exact type of room we had, because we couldn't find the exact name on the site of the hotel, and I wasn't sure if we had carry-on luggage included. I am a bit wondering if it would have been cheaper to book everything myself separately.
Criptic messages and the customer service (joking????) beyond believe
Received an SMS refering to an email with an itinerary change that I never received. Contacted the customer service to clarify the matter. This is the message I got....
"..... If you do not speak Danish, why do you book at our website? We do not offer English booking services. The SMS is a reminder for a schedule change we sent you earlier that you did not reply to, probably because you do not understand what it is about? Click on the link toaccess your updated travel document...."
As such recommend that you use any other provider.... there are plenty of others out there and in case there are changes highly likely you will be informed in a clear and friendly manner.....
Make sure you have a debit card avaliable. The Car rental company will force you to bay extra ensurrence before you are allowed to pay with ex. Visa.(after I payed approx. 200 euro extra it was possible to use my visa card???)
We where told to leave the car with 65% fuel in the tank on return (how do you messure that in a Fiat 500??) Im thinking a nother way to earn money..
(A person who rent a car will have to fill in more fuel than needed to be sure that there is no extra bill from CENTAURO.) Why dont they just "say" full tank recieve and return? as all the other rental companys)
The Hotel was nice and very clean.
We had a early flight and need to leave before early breakfeast was possible, when I at 22:00 asked for 2 banans for my pregnant wife instead the allready payed breakfeast next day, they said sorry we cant supply with that.
Crap car rental.
Bad last expirence before leaving hotel.
Fint fra start til slut. Alt var som beskrevet. Fint hotel til prisen.
