I paid an object to Tradera on 9 January. The seller received the money on 15 January. On my internal buyer's page, Tradera did not write when the object was sent - so I contacted the seller who brought me up to date. I live in France. To-day 21st January, the parcel is still in the Netherlands, and as I am leaving the country 23 January for a week I'll never receive it, as Tradera, in its wisdom, has sent it to a pick-up point where it only stays 5 days. I tried to explained this to Tradera's customer "service", but they just cut me off in the middle of a message ....

I found this company through a Facebook ad that seemed like clickbait. After clicking, I was taken through a process that requested extremely sensitive personal details, including CPR number, date of birth, and location. On top of that, the login and purchasing experience was confusing and poorly designed, which made the whole thing feel untrustworthy like a scam trying to appear legitimate.

Sent to debt collection without explanation or human support
Review:
Tradera suspended my account and sent a claim to Intrum without giving me a clear explanation of what the charge was for. I tried several times to contact support, but only reached chatbots. No human assistance was provided.
A small unclear amount was quickly escalated into a much larger debt collection claim, which feels completely disproportionate. This is not fair customer treatment. Transparency and communication were missing throughout the process.

The company provides terrible, simply nightmarish service that is completely customer-unfriendly and takes no responsibility. When mistakes are pointed out, they respond by saying that there is nothing in their logs and that's it. There's no getting past that. In chat, they always respond with templates and often close the chat on their end. The worst technical support ever. Terrible delivery. The parcel has been sitting in the sorting centre for over a week. Today I was supposed to receive it, but it didn't even leave the sorting centre. It is impossible to return the parcel. You have to negotiate with the seller, but what does that have to do with them? The tradera will only accept and consider your return request after you have communicated with the seller. They will consider it within two weeks!!!!! In other words, everything is done to wear you down in case of any problems, so that you just leave them alone. In absolutely any other sales service, such as Vinted or Sellpy, these issues are resolved much faster. By the way, parcels from there arrived right on time. Don't waste your time, money, and nerves dealing with this company, which clearly doesn't care about you.

Two packages were lost. Tradera takes no action. De shipper takes no action because Tradera is their business customer and will only work with claims via Tradera. Tradera outright refurses to file claims.
If a package is lost. Your money is lost. No help or compensation will be granted.
@alex: I contacted you guys via that link about 7 times. Shipper is DHL shipment went via a label created by Tradera. Hence why i’m powerlesss and losing customers because of your inablility to send an e-mail to DHL for an investigation of a lost package.

It takes too long to get your money after a sale as a seller. And tradera drag the shipping costs two times, 1 from the customer when paying for the item and 1 time from the seller before they transfer the money 3-5 days after a sale. I had to wait for my money even that I had already shipped the item to the customer and then tradera kept shipping cost one more time even that it was already paid by the customer .. when I finally got through to customer service they said I should have the shipping cost refunded before January 5 .. I have no clue why they have a system like that it makes no sense??

Registered my details as British (as this is where I live) and wish to buy gifts for my SWEDISH FAMILY LIVING IN SWEDEN. Won't let me add to basket as it "won't deliver to your region". Nuance such as my situation is lost on this pitiful service. I SHOULD BE ABLE TO BUY GIFTS FOR MY SWEDISH FAMILY EVEN IF MY ACCOUNT IS REGISTERED AS BRITISH, LET PEOPLE BUY GIFTS FOR THEIR FAMILY ABROAD, LET ME SAY IT'S A GIFT AND LET ME PROVIDE THEIR ADDRESS SO YOUR STUPID SERVICE UNDERSTANDS I WANT TO SHIP IT TO SWEDEN. Unbelievable customer service! Sold an iPhone with a box that wasnt original and it never stated that it was on the post. Buyer asked for a 1000kr discount and I decided it was best they returned it.
Tradera ordered a courier after a week and after 8 days of not hearing from them and buyer pestering me to give them a discount,
I contacted customer service to remind them that the 7 day deadline the buyer had to return the product had passed. They told me it was their fault and they had somehow messed up the courier booking. So, I asked them for a deadline on when to expect the item to be sent and they have completely ignored me ever since. Technically the seller can use the phone for as long as they want and then still send it back? Unbelievable!

Tradera cares only about buyers, if you are a seller then you are doomed, you wont get your sale money until the buyer confirms they receive their item, which in many cases they dont confirm and sometimes they lie that they received wrong item! which means you are at the mercy of total strangers to get your hard earned money. NEVER list with them, or insist on getting paid BEFORE you ship the item or you will lose so much money.

I was not aware that the fee for a reserve price was paid even if the items were not sold. When I found out this was the case I wanted to turn those actions with reserve price into “buy now” lists. I talked to two different agents on the costume service chat but it was impossible. This meant that I spent more than 400 sek on this service for items that were not sold. This was money that my kid is collecting by selling his old toys to buy a drum set, so I feel very bad about having done something so stupid and lost his money. It should be clear that the reserve price fee is paid even if the item is not sold. And it should be possible to regret and change our mind within 24 hours or something.
Yes, you replied that you understand but will do nothing about it. Fair enough. I tried Tradera but am not happy with it. Will use another platform in the future.

I'm new to this site, but I can say that contacting customer support was useless. I bought a Samsung S25 Ultra phone on the 1T. I couldn't change the language, so I went to a Samsung service center, where they told me it was a fake. I contacted customer support, and they said they'd refund my money if I sent the phone back, and they sent me the address. Everything seemed fine, but when I started processing the package, it turned out they needed a phone number or email, which, of course, they didn't give me. Customer support told me to provide my phone number and email, but I didn't, and the package didn't actually ship. I talked to them for over an hour, but they constantly ignored me, and then they stopped responding altogether. I can't send them a photo of the waybill number in the chat where I opened the case. I went to their company registration website and used the phone number they provided during registration. Their email won't process the order, saying it's invalid. We'll see if they refund my money.
OKAUNT hasn't blocked this seller, and there are plenty of similar sellers on this platform. There are decent ones, too; I ordered other items, too, and everything was fine.
