Booked a holiday for June 2026 this year but…

Booked a holiday for June this year but unfortunately not able to go to wife's illness. Thought i would be able to get a full refund as i gave them 8 months notice. Even though i explained the issue they still charged me £400 admin fee for cancelling disgraceful. Always used TUI but that takes the biscuit

Good customer service

When booking the cruise the website was easy to navigate which made booking easier. The cost of the cruise was comparable with other companies.We then decided to book some excursions and had problems. The system wouldn’t allow us to see in detail the excursions and when we tried to book anything it wouldn’t put it into our basket.Phoned TUI and reported the problem and they fixed the problem and we booked our trips.

We went into TUI high street southampton

We went into TUI high street Southampton . The lady we spoke to was extremely helpful we wanted to look at Mexico . She was so good she had just come back from Mexico and has been many times . She showed us different options . What I thought was really good she gave us time to look at the screen .We have been in before to book holidays but where I’ve had to ask the other members of staff to not scroll so quickly.It was a breath of fresh air that this lady gave us actual time to look at the screen . We ask our lady could she show us other countries options for the same price as Mexico . She was really accommodating and gave us quite a few options . We did decide on Mexico at the end . This lady was outstanding !

Booked a holiday with them to fly to…

Booked a holiday with them to fly to Cape Verde for our family of 5 paid £1300 just for the flights but we had issues getting vaccine for my youngest daughter who was only 9 months and born premature , after spending 3 days on the phone for hours at a time they told me normal terms and conditions apply and they will not change the destination or cancel our ticket , we are left no option and can’t fly due to the health scare and traces of virus in the country we are visiting , hands down can say TUI are the worst company I have ever dealt with they have no compassion we emailed them all the doctor letter as well ,

never again . Avoid at all cost bunch of vultures

Excellent service, amazing holiday

For our 30th wedding anniversary and birthday, I decided to take my wife to Cancun in Mexico.
We visited the TUI branch in Enfield to book our trip.
From the moment, we walked into the branch Julie the TUI rep made us feel welcome and comfortable. She booked our trip and all our excursions and we found her to be incredibly helpful, friendly, and very knowledgeable and provided excellent advice and guidance throughout.

We also spoke to her colleagues Kelly and Roxana regarding our excursions and took out foreign currency at the branch. Visiting the TUI branch felt like you were visiting family.

The TUI cabin crew were friendly but above all professional. The service and food was excellent.

The hotel we stayed was the RIU Palace Las Americas, what a wonderful hotel it exceeded our expectations. The hotel was spotless and the variety of food at the buffet was very impressive, beautifully maintained grounds and stunning pool areas. The staff could not do more to make you feel comfortable.

From start to finish, everything went smoothly.

My wife and I had truly an amazing holiday, all thanks to Julie.

I recently visited the TUI office in Derry

I recently visited the TUI office in Derry and received absolutely excellent service from Claire. From the moment I walked in, she was welcoming, friendly, and genuinely interested in helping me book my holiday.
Claire was extremely and patient, taking the time to answer all of my questions and explain everything clearly. She really listened to what I was looking for and offered fantastic suggestions that suited both my preferences and my budget. I never felt rushed and felt completely confident in my booking thanks to her guidance.
Her professionalism, attention to detail, and warm personality made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Claire is a real credit to the TUI Derry team, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone booking their next trip.
Thank you, Claire, for making the experience so easy and stress-free!

This is my second booking with Tui and…

This is my second booking with Tui and it has been amazing. My first trip to
Tunisia was wonderful , everything welk organized all you have to do is be there.
Gemma, is a gem. She prepares you well for the trip and gives clear explanation and ensures that you have understood every bit. Am so happy with Tui and looking forward to have many trips. My next destination is Morocco.
