Customer service is good but I'm not…

Customer service is good but I'm not happy with glasses,still I can't see little far, and also can't see closure reading glasses separately but only for reading nothing useful, also frame is,really annoying, and I paid 345£ ,actually I'm still using my old glasses, more comfortable and more far vision,,

Worse thanusual.

Got there ahead of time but still late getting seen to. Only one optician working even though another was walking around. 6 or seven members of staff with nothing to do but sit around talking, maybe the mix of staff and opticians is out! Got in after the woman who turned up after us as there'd been a double booking and she'd been crowbarred in. Got told I needed new specs. Chose them and was told £70 for the pair. When I got home I looked at the receipt and saw it said £75..where did the other £5 come from?

A great and professional service

A professional service with knowledgeable staff. Give yourself a bit of time for the basic eye exam and then the test. As a long time customer I've always been pleased so i would recommend and trust them for my eye health

No problem with the eye test but I…

No problem with the eye test but I arrived after a long walk, I asked if I could use the toilet to be told there wasn't one. I think it would be not unreasonable to expect a toilet to be available for clients.

My eye test.

I was told because i had made an appointment to have my eyes tested before it was due i had to pay for the test one of my eyes is blurred so i had to make the appointment. Also when i went on the machine you have to pay for they could only do one eye because it wasnt working properly. After this i went in to see the optician who was really good. He said why didnt i pick up new glasses last time i had my eyes tested but the optician that done it last year said i had 20-20 vision and didnt say i needed new glasses. I am 78 yrs old ì was charged £30 for my eye test and £6.25 for machine that didnt work properly plus 2 pairs of glasses.

Superb service

My 40 minute appointment turned out to be about 2 hours. Not as terrible as it sounds! Turns out I might have early signs of glaucoma, so I had extra tests (repeated to make sure). Every one was relaxed and made the experience stress free. The optician was busy but phoned me at home with an update later. Superb service.
