My car was due it service and Volvo arranged for my car to be collected the driver was Marius he was very polite and parked the car back on the drive for me and handed me my documents. Service from Volvo great.

I'd recommend Waylands Kia Bicester to anyone, the friendliness, expertise and help given in making my choice was second to none. Chloe Sutherland is a great asset to the sales team and never made me feel under any pressure. She had great knowledge of the different models and could answer any questions I had. Combined with the help given by Simon on the part-ex of my car, it really was a great experience and I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I’m really disappointed with the level of customer service we’ve experienced.
After our first service with the Bristol team, I sent feedback via email as requested but never received a response. The only communication since sometime later was a health check follow-up email, which didn’t acknowledge my original message. I replied to this and again have received no response.
Unfortunately, our XC40 has now developed a fault. We called on Thursday 5th and were told we would receive a call back, but this hasn’t happened. No surprise
The initial sale felt very customer-focused, which makes the lack of aftercare particularly disappointing. Customers should be able to rely on follow-up and communication — sadly, that hasn’t been the case here

My experience at Waylands MG Newbury was a disaster. They sold me a car advertised with FSH, there was no FSH! Checked with MG customer service, they confirmed service history missing. So the seven year warranty was invalid, decreasing the value of the car considerably. On the way home the car had a loud humming sound. I took it to a local garage the next day. They told me the rear right wheel bearings had gone. It supposedly had a 100+ pre-sales check and then a full mot the before I picked it up. I feel totally misled. I contacted Consumer protection to find out my rights. Waylands picked it up and gave me a courtesy car. They done the repairs, but since the car was less than three years old, and had done less than 12000 miles i lost all confidence in the car. I spoke to the manager, Jason Cull. He did not seem to like the fact that I was aware of my rights. He called them demands, I explained that it was what I had been told by Consumer protection. He did not want anything more to do with me, even though I was willing to pay £5000 more for a newer car. Eventually he told me I had to have my car back which I had part exchanged, and a refund, which we did. This caused me a lot of stress, and loss of money due to changes of road tax and car insurance. I would never consider buying a MG ever again and I would certainly not recommend them. As for their dealerships I will totally avoid if this is the standard of service they provide.
I have just seen that the car is back for sale on the website.
Still advertising FSH!! Naughty!!!
