Incredibly quick service - couldn’t have been more impressed with the turn around and clothes smell amazingly fresh.
My one criticism is the delivery driver arrived early, before the delivery slot and left with the neighbour without confirming if this was okay or not, rather than waiting for the delivery slot.
Will 100% use again - hopefully they will be able to iron general laundry soon

Poor Quality Dry Cleaning - Do not use their services
Recent order saw dry cleaning returned smelling like it had been hanging in a restaurant for days, so not ideal when you are expecting clean clothes and bed linen. There has been a complete deterioration in service since this company has changed hands. They used to be super reliable and competitively priced but now drivers turn up late if at all (a previous order was problematic) and the customer service experience is hit and miss.
Thankfully on this occasion a full refund was provided but sadly I won’t be using their services again.

Initially I was very happy about the experience but this is a scam. I am going to file a case for unlawful money deduction. This is not a laundry service. It’s MONEY LAUNDERING SERVICE.

I used to use Zipjet for a while before it got acquired by laundrapp. They increased their prices, then their delivery fee, then removed it but included a minimum spend.
The delivery was missed twice, and last time it was late without notice, from a guy not even muttering a “hello”.
I’m on the verge to stop using the service altogether. I can’t trust a service with such random deliveries and price model.
The minimum spend is way too high, I need to send 15 shirts for each cleaning!
£1200 worth of clothing ruined as this…
£1200 worth of clothing ruined as this incompetent company machine washed 8 items of dry clean only clothing. I had to threaten legal action in order to be compensated for my loss and after 6 months and countless emails, I received just a fraction of the value of the items destroyed. Many of the items I had only worn once or twice. They also delivered me a bag of someone else’s sheets and towels instead of my own clothes. They arrived early when I was at work, they arrived late. The customer service team told me on 4 separate occasions I would be compensated and funds were not remitted. Something is going seriously wrong with the leadership in this organisation. Support your local dry cleaner and save yourself a headache.

Absolute Joke! Do not Use, Awful service. So firstly they arrived 3 hours late for collection. I was understanding due to a major incident that took place in the City last Friday. But then i've booked the 9-5 Special offer which was 2 Piece (Trouser and a Blazer) and 5 shirts for £20. I was then charged £27.50 because the Trouser and Blazer wasn't a matching pair! This wasn't made very clear at the time of booking but then later found out in the FA questions that it had to be a matching pair. This to me sounds an excuse to whack on an extra charge on the order. And then my order was suppose to arrive yesterday, but i had a message saying the attempted delivery failed when i was in all day. I'm still waiting for someone to email me or call me as to what has gone wrong and when i will get my clothes back!

Terribly messy and completely sloppy, they charge more than their listed price and make you waste hours of your time in complaints. Items are not cleaned at all. Poor service. Never again!!! I would not recommend this company to anybody.

Very good service! They pick up and drop off your cloths. Staff is very professional.
The only thing that could be better is to be on-time as sometimes they have delays (minor delays).

Three orders out of 3 were a disaster. I was sent an email asking why I stopped using the service so I decided to try again. The very next collection never happened and the driver "would still be a few hours" and then I tried again the next day and waited in and... I had to call them to find out where the driver was, only to be told my order "had been kicked out of the system, could I wait a few more hours"
