Stupidly expensive boots did not fit…
Stupidly expensive boots did not fit our greyhound and got told it’s our dogs paw shape at fault. Boots were barely worn but worn outside and because of this told no refunds. Boots are very poor quality costing maybe £10 to make in China. Then sold for 6 times the price mark up. Avoid this company and just buy your dog £20 boots elsewhere! Sad bad experience.
Excellent and personal service
Fast helpful service brilliant…
Fast helpful service brilliant communication quality product
Thank you
Belly Band
Great product and really supports our border collie. This is the second product from Zoomadog and I am the service has been excellent.
Fast arrival
Fast arrival. Neck brace doing the job for conservative management of Daxie with cervical fracture
An excellent company to deal with.
My dog suffered a HNPE on 8th December 2025. On our first physio visit the physiotherapist recommended a 'Help em up' harness and advised that Zoomadog were her preferred supplier. I'm glad we took her advice as Zoomadog have been great to deal with.
Happy with service UNHAPPY WITH PRODUCTS
Initially we were very happy with the service when purchasing our maximus boots.
All the requirements for information that Zoomadog asked for was good we believed.
Received the boots. And they’re not cheap.
Within days we realised that the inside of the shoe component has some very very stiff seams and it was cutting into the top of our dogs toes. That’s her right foot.
Also the soles are so rough that she scrapes the inside of her left foot as they hit off her foot while walking.
But too late to return them.
We have therefore a wasted product.
This was May 2025.
Similarly bought some wagwear boots. Chose the size of these according to the web site. They’re MUCH TOO large, can see that without even opening the pocket. they’re buckets! So we will pay to return and NO we are not ordering any more from this company.
That’s this month, December 2025.
Actually pretty unhappy with everything from them.
Excellent product and supply (help’emup harness)
Bought the help ‘em up harness and accopanying cross handles for my old dog on the vet’s advice following a ‘geriatric vestibular episode’. He already has arthritis and losing his balance was an additional issue. I wish i’d had one of these harnesses years ago, it’s fabulous. He is suspicious of new gadgets, but 48 hrs later is nudging this harness to be taken out for a walk.
Zoomadog ask for measurements to ensure you get the correct size front and back end (these can be purchased as separate items) and an accompanying leaflet gave fitting advice.
I paid £15 for next day delivery (a 3pm order resulted in a 2pm delivery :) ) which was well worth it in this run up to Christmas and with the dog’s balance and confidence improving rapidly I needed to be able to stop/support him from over reaching his abilities!
Very disappointed
Bought some knee high greyhound socks which were advertised as medium to large greyhound. Size advertised was nothing like what I received even though the product label said it was. You would struggle to get these on a chihuahua!!! I needed these quick as my greyhound has sore paws and they even had the cheek to charge £15, yes £15, for next day delivery . Never again
Excellent experience
One of the most impressive online-ordering experiences I've ever had - the company is very thorough indeed in checking that the size of shoe ordered is the correct one for the dog. In my case, it turned out I had ordered the wrong size - thanks to the expertise of the company representative who called me, the correct size was sent and the shoes so far seem to work superbly.
Beautiful boots ,shame about the dog
There was nothing wrong with the product, the boots were beautifully made and we were very pleased with them. However our whippet has very narrow feet and ankles and could not keep them on.
Bought a support for my dogs knuckling
Bought a support for my dogs knuckling. Sizing was correct but the strap kept slipping out of its tightener and didn’t work. Tried to return outside 16 days later (I had been away with work when it was delivered) and told I couldn’t. Wouldn’t mind but it’s 3x more expensive that other options out there.
Booties
Excellent customer service-thank you. Advice given and a problem solved with courtesy and efficiency. Kept one bootie that works great for my dog after surgery on his paw. One didn't fit aswell so i returned it with no hassle.
Fantastic customer service and support…
Fantastic customer service and support - when next day delivery was unavailable due to demand, I called and they were able to arrange a Saturday delivery for me. The harness itself was perfect, easy to fit and transformational for helping a very immobile doggy move more comfortably for the time he had left with us, making all our lives just a little easier.
Helpful size guidance for socks that stay put
Helpful guidance in selecting the right size socks for our Yorkie has resulted in a very good fit - they stay on! He is able to navigate hard floors and steps indoors much more easily
Good quality pet products
This company make great products for dogs with disabilities and it lasts too. Definitely recommend.
Got plenty of advice
Got plenty of advice regarding correct harness and how to adjust the wheels. They are more than helpful.
Inaccurate website information
I ordered a pair of Rex Specs for my dog, who has suddenly gone blind and urgently needs them to help protect her eyes, as she keeps walking into things. Your website stated they were in stock and ready for delivery, so I expected to receive them within 3–4 working days.
I phoned today to chase the order, only to be told they are not in stock and that no guaranteed delivery date could be given. This is extremely disappointing, especially given the circumstances, and I feel the information on your website was misleading.
I have therefore requested a refund.

My dog needed boots on her front paws…
My dog needed boots on her front paws to protect them on hard surfaces due to OA. Great customer service as I tried several options to get the best fit. The end result has been a ‘game changer’ and my dog is now able to walk on all surfaces.
Zoomadog are brilliant and had no issues it's when your referred to Maximus when problems occur
I’ve ordered from Zoomadog many times and they’ve always been excellent. However, my recent experience with the Maximus “Paws Up” boots has been very disappointing.
Zoomadog referred me to Maximus for a consultation, where I was advised not only to buy the boots, but also skate boots and replacement wheels for my pug. Looking back, it felt more like a sales pitch than genuine advice. I agreed to purchase, and was told I’d receive a follow-up call to check the fit. I sent all the photos and videos requested, but never heard back.
The paw-up boots slip constantly, no matter how tightly I fasten them. I’ve had to stop using them because they caused pleating in my dog’s skin and still wouldn’t stay in place. The skate boots were unsuitable from the start — my pug is able to use both legs, but was left unsteady and uncomfortable in them. Neither pair of boots has been of any use, and we’ve had to return to using Pawz.
What’s most frustrating is the complete lack of aftercare. I contacted Maximus several times:
* Ordered on 18th June 2025
* Sent measurements as requested
* Sent photos and video on 1st July 2025
* Followed up again on 4th July 2025
After that, I never received any reply. The first time I called, they even claimed to have no record of my purchase.
Maximus themselves told me not to use their product until they confirmed the fit — yet months later I’m still waiting for that call. The boots have been a waste of time and money, and sadly the company appears far more focused on selling additional products than ensuring they actually work for the dog.
Zoomadog remain brilliant, but I would strongly caution anyone ordering Maximus boots: don’t expect proper support or follow-up once you’ve paid.
Zoomadog have been brilliant until the referral to Maximus happened.
I thought the pictures , were to get the best fit but it appears Maximus use this has a opportunity to sell more products and don't care if it's appropriate for your dog
