Still the best platform on the market features/price
We are using Zoominfo for 9 years now. What we like: 1. Breadth of features, including intent, website visitors, scoops (pain points) and technology data. 2. Ease of integration with Salesforce and flexibility in how we update our CRM database. 3. Ease of filtering and creating tailored lists. 4. Our salesteams love the increase in productivity since using Zoominfo.5. Strong account team (account manager and customer success. Our customer success manager knows the platform very well, we have always meaningful conversations and find different ways of increasing the value of the platform to our organization). What i don't like: 1. We cannot match subsidiaries with Zoominfo; 2. Account names are rather generic, we prefer using their legal names. 3. Price can be steep
Do not give them your details
Whatever you do, do not give them your contact details. I have never received so many sales calls in my life - all from different numbers so impossible to block. I've told them I'm not interested and I've asked multiple times not to be called, and yet they keep calling.

Given out wrong info namely mine to multiply companies and can only get my number of LinkedIn, got who i work for wrong
good data
Great data! I started using Zoominfo a little bit ago, and am finding it to be a life saver in my business. We have been struggling to convert we site traffic. We switched tactics, and started to use data to target customers and we have seen about a 7X pipeline lift.
Data is not perfect, but out of all the other sources it seems to be the best with bounce rates at around 6%, which is solid.
Does not work
Does not work, high price for no ROI and will not allow cancellation. The onboarding practices take months so you are heavily invested before you know it doesn’t work. The trainers and customer service reps have no knowledge, they talk in circles. You’ll be 90 days in by the time you realize you have lied too and they won’t refund or cancel.
Scammy company that sells to scammy vendors.
One of their customers (Chainguard) uses zoominfo's harvested phone numbers to cold call potential prospects ignoring the do not call list.
He argued with me rather than removing me saying it was zoominfo's fault.
I tried removing my profile from zoominfo's privacy page, but that form is broken and wouldn't submit even though I had filled out all required fields.
Awful data quality & never updated
Awful data quality & never updated.
It's so ridiculously wrong, and so much effort to get them to update.
Shocking
Shocking, harassing tactics. Completed details just to check the quality of their data on a free basis. Immediately bombarded with emails, linkedin invites, messages and WhatsApp to attend a video call. Even after asking for my data to be removed I have been contacted by another representative, asked again to be removed. Contact me again and their will be some GDPR issues.
Stay away!
We got zero business from this company. Now they send us invoices threatening us for nonpayment long after the service was canceled. Stay away.
Zoominfo’s automatic renewal process is…
Zoominfo’s automatic renewal process is predatory. They don’t tell you that you have to cancel 60 days before expiration of your current contract, their customer service people are belligerent and offer a really lousy experience. And I noticed on the reviews that there are a lot of complaints about this cancellation policy because they’re not upfront about it and the policy is hidden in the reams of contract stuff they never told me when I signed up about the 60 day cancellation. A lot of their information seems to be outdated at least the stuff that I’m looking for and I highly recommend think twice before signing up with Zoom info.
I only used their free trial
I only used their free trial, but just gaining access for 3 days was a painful process. From the moment I entered my phone number, their outreach reps harassed me to book a call with the account manager, even calling me as many as 10 times in one day. When I’d tell them I was busy they would book a call anyway and spam me with phone calls and emails. There must be some sort of violation of anti-spam/PIPEDA laws going on, because the amount of times they will contact me even after I’ve told them “do not contact me” after my trial has finished has just become harassment.
Garbage company
The data is terrible. They overcharge you! I am still being harassed by their collection team. I already paid over $12,000 for a plan that didn't help me. Tried cancelling so many times but they hold you to contract because they know no one would stay if they didn't trick you into 1-3 years.
My personal phone number was leaked…
My personal phone number was leaked onto the internet without my consent. It is not even a company phone, I started receiving weird marketing calls and one guy told me he received my number off of zoominfo and he had no idea it was a personal number.
The worst marketing service I have ever…
The worst marketing service I have ever received.
They did an excellent job selling me, for 13,000 dollars, the Rolls-Royce of marketing data mining.
After half a year of repeated attempts to work with the software, which didn’t generate even a single lead, we were referred to an account manager who knew about the software roughly as much as we did and produced no results.
He wanted to pass the data on to “experts” for an additional fee, without teaching us how on earth we’re supposed to use the software.
Then he disappeared without notice and only after two weeks informed us that he had taken his annual vacation.
A post-sale service worthy of a third-world country.
Find a better place to put your money.

Selling data
They are selling my data without my permission and I am inundated with calls.
Very dishonest, unreliable and shady
I found the service difficult to use. Much of the data I pulled was outdated and I ended up not being able to use the lists. I waited out my one year contract and then had to fight tooth and nail to get the contract cancelled. I finally got confirmation that I was released from the autorenewal. Instead of doing what they said, they continued to try to bill me for another year, and eventually sent it to a debt collector. I reached back out, and they told me that I had a new account manager and that they would now get me released from the autorenewal but that I'd have to pay $13k for another year since my previous account manager didn't follow through with what he said. They don't answer their phones, they are liars and are absolutely a scam.
Stay far away from this company
Onboarding was nice and smooth, then they assigned me an account manager, then he left and I was assigned a new account manager. New account manager won't answer any correspondence. Customer success rep promises changes in the next update, no changes. Zero ROI to date, 9 months in, past 3 months have been wasted space. Finally got connected with my account manager's manager last week, promises we'll get you someone who will respond to your inquiries and set up a new strategy for your account. New account manager sends templated emails asking me if I would like to renew... Email the account manager's manager again on Friday, it is now Tuesday of the next week, no reply. If you like spending $18k for garbage customer service and a platform that doesn't perform this is the place to go.
They are selling my personal data…
They are selling my personal data without my consent including my personal mobile and as a result I receive cold call night and day from third parties. I visited their site and there is no way I could find to complain to them. The cold callers confirmed they are buying it from this company
Expensive garbage
Percentage of data accuracy is around 55%
Product pricing is very high.
Is extremely difficult to use
Automation tools have no stop command. ZoomInfo robo spammed my contacts thus damaging my brand and reputation.
