HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE:
ZO had a special where if you spend $250 by July 13th you would receive a complimentary gift (products). Where these products are so expensive thought I would take advantage. Since I spent over that amount my check out cart had the products I purchased and the complementary gift. However upon delivery NO GIFT!. I called to see why that was missing and was told that I didn't use code at check out so sorry there was nothing they could do. I requested a supervisor and was told the same thing. I said due to an oversight you still cannot send the gift despite meeting all the requirement s for the free gift they said no, sorry! I'm done these products are too expensive they are not miracle workers I will take my business elsewhere.
Damaging
Overpriced. Absolutely ripped my skin barrier to bits, took a year for my skin to recover. I was on it for 8 months.
I’ve never been treated this poorly by…
I’ve never been treated this poorly by a luxury skincare brand. My $500 order was lost by FedEx, and ZO Skin Health refused to offer any support, replacement, or even a discount until a long investigation is done. I’m a mother traveling alone with a baby, and they showed no care or urgency. I’m deeply disappointed and switching to SkinCeuticals — their service is far better.
Zo isn’t who I thought they were - so sad
I postponed my subscription order and lo and behold - I get a charge for 100 bucks to my credit card a week later and an email letting me know that my order was on its way. I knew I had placed an order, but I was wondering why I now seeing almost $400 on my credit card bill. When i postponed the order I placed a separate order because I was going to begin using a new product. So it took me a couple of days to realize that they had unpause my subscription. Not a big deal I can get it all sorted out with customer service right?
I really thought Zoe skincare would have great customer service but I forget sometimes that the Doc is not as involved as he used to be.
These people are so freaking out of integrity.
It’s in the small print he told me to describe why I hadn’t seen that. It might take five days to get a two day expedited upsell in two days.
The guy told me that it says in the small print that orders when you pay for two day expedited shipping may take five days. It was my first time, realizing that I had to read the small print in order to trust this company that I thought was trustworthy. So, sadly, now I no longer like them, and I can see that they’re not necessarily as good as skincare product as I thought. I kind of like the vibe of the company but once you don’t like the vibe of the company, you realize the products were just average.
Three weeks I have been complaining
Three weeks I have been complaining, sending emails and calling because I received a broken cream. On email they respond me, someone will get back to you. Then they send me email “Are you sure you didn’t broke when you opened?!” After that they never respond anything. They teased me that I broke the cream myself?! Like I love to call their customer service and waiting on line?! And when I get someone to talk, they told me they are unable to help.
This is not how customer service should work! As a customer, I do not feel protected or respected by this company. I'm very sorry for that, because that's not how a big company like Zoskinhealth should behave! They charge me and sent a broken cream! I am very disappointed and do not recommend their products and this kind of treatment to costumer!
Most Useless Customer Service Imaginable
Had question regarding the directions on how to use a product by a "skincare specialist". They sent an email response today advising to contact a retailer. Really? Why are you guys there then? You clearly are pushing off any inquiries back to someone else. To think that these people are being paid by us purchasing these products is unfortunate. Considering the price you pay for these products it is shameful that they are not willing to provide any customer service. Almost makes you not want to use these products for the sheer carelessness of people willing to help once you do purchase them. They are the experts they claim but they blast your email with products. So useless. Every other company is willing to help with questions and provide recommendations.
Not recommended at all
Not recommended at all, soo many better skin health products you can get for better price anywhere else, dont waste your money for this company.
Review for ZO Skin Health Products
Review for ZO Skin Health Products
"I purchased ZO Skin Health's Hydrating Crème after a recommendation from a skincare clinic, where I was assured it was safe for sensitive skin, mild enough for babies, and endorsed by the Eczema Society. Trusting this reputation and the clinic’s advice, I bought the product with the expectation that it would soothe my rosacea.
Unfortunately, it did the opposite. After using the Hydrating Crème, my rosacea flared up badly. I reached out to the clinic, and they advised me to stop using it temporarily and try again once my skin had calmed down. Following their advice, I gave it a second chance, but my skin reacted just as strongly the moment I reapplied. Frustrated, I researched the ingredients myself and was disappointed to find several that are known to irritate sensitive skin, including Cyclopentasiloxane, Cetyl Alcohol, Retinyl Palmitate, and Benzyl Alcohol.
I reported this to the clinic and requested a refund, which they initially deferred while consulting with ZO Skin Health. In the end, they offered a refund only for a toner I’d barely used, refusing to refund the Hydrating Crème itself, with the justification that it is still considered “mild” and safe for sensitive skin.
For a brand marketed as high-quality, with products priced at a premium, ZO Skin Health’s response and handling of a customer reaction to their product is concerning. Sensitive skin and rosacea are challenging conditions, and I expected ZO Skin Health to stand behind their product with more accountability and understanding. I am left with an expensive product I cannot use and feel misled by the brand's reputation for supporting sensitive skin.
If you have sensitive skin or rosacea, I would recommend exercising caution with ZO Skin Health products. My experience has been frustrating and disappointing, and I would not recommend ZO Skin Health to anyone seeking reliable, well-supported options for sensitive skin or expecting reasonable aftercare from a premium skincare brand."
Horrible Customer Service – Avoid ZO Skin if You Value Your Time and Money
I’ve been a loyal ZO Skin customer for a while, but after my recent experience, I’m done. My package was not delivered TWICE, and despite that, ZO Skin refuses to issue a refund and has left the case open with FedEx. I followed up with FedEx, and they requested a simple letter from ZO Skin confirming the order. Sounds easy, right? Wrong. ZO Skin has repeatedly ignored my requests for this letter, which is necessary for me to process the claim with FedEx and get my refund.
I’m not even asking for a replacement or a refund from ZO Skin directly, just the documentation needed for FedEx to handle the situation. It’s ridiculous that a company with supposedly high standards can’t even provide basic customer service. I’ve reached out to them multiple times, and they’ve completely ignored me. I even filed a complaint with the BBB, and they’ve ignored that too. This shows they simply do not care about their customers.
If ZO Skin can’t handle such a simple request, it makes me question their entire approach to customer care. I’m seriously considering ditching their products altogether because dealing with this company is more hassle than it’s worth. Absolutely useless!
Horrible horrible experience
Horrible horrible experience. They sent me a damaged item and took almost 2 weeks to answer. I had to call and email numerous times which is a disgrace but to make it worse they’ve been incredibly rude and combative ( Vivianna & Aaron) no apology - nothing! I’m never going to purchase from them again there’s way too many high end brands the perform just as well if not better. And to add, they still haven’t refunded my return and it’s been almost a month. STAY AWAY! And if you really need the product just go to your local sellers office
Extreme dissatisfaction with Zo Skin
Extreme dissatisfaction with Zo Skin. I placed an order over two months ago, spending more than $250, and it was supposed to be shipped via FedEx. However, the package has been delayed for over two months.
What’s even more frustrating is the complete lack of response from customer service team. I have reached out multiple times, only to be met with silence. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable and has led me to question the legitimacy of the company.
Due to the lack of communication and resolution on your end, I have to dispute the charge through my credit card company. This entire experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing.
Be aware of these products!
Be aware of these products! I used the Oil control package consisting of 7-8 steps to help witch my rosacea. I occasianally have had breakouts because of my cycle, but now after 2 months of using this routine, i have full blown consistent acne on my face, which i have NEVER in my 30 years og life had before.
I was reccomended this routine by a dermatologist, who said this was the best on the market, but after doing my own research, i have found that these products are extremely!! harsh on the skin. My dermatologist said to just continue, it will get better, but now after 3 weeks off it - my skin is clearly healing. And the pricing is just insane..
DO your research before investing in them!
Beautiful
This product absolutely brightened, refreshing and helped with my acne. I would absolutely recommend this product. The only downside is it extremely expensive, especially for me I’m retired.
Spent over $240 on brightening kit
Spent over $240 on brightening kit. Saw no difference in skin. If anything, more acne. Probably won’t use again.
Overpriced products
Overpriced products! I used the Daily Defense product for 7 months without noticing any skin improvements. When I used the Recovery product my eyes started burning. I only put the product on my lower cheek area. Not even close to my eyes. I was expecting more for the outrageous cost.
Purchased Zo sunscreen powder
Purchased Zo sunscreen powder. Paid over $90. It isn’t dispensing any powder even though I have tried several times, following instructions.
I have no response from customer service in the last fourteen days. I have just sent a second email.
Im in awe of this product…
I'm a little confused by some of this feed back as I'm unable to obtain the products without seeing a specialist!
I went to a private clinic after suffering Rosaesa and acne probably caused by menopause and treated by NHS dermatology for two years. They put me on antibiotics for two years, made no difference.
Private clinic assessed my skin, long consultation and prescribed ZO Skin Health. I have no dealings with head company, just my private clinic. I'm in awe of what a difference it has made, including the cream that has greatly improved my wrinkles. I personally have had an amazing experience with the private clinic and the product. Expensive...yes, worth it? Hell yes.
I think it is amazing and my face has completely cleared up. I used to cover it in Foundation but not just use mineral powder.
I'm glad I had a private consultant to stear me though and take care of me. Sounds like some of you where just left to get on with it from parent company and not has the support I have.
Awful customer service
Awful customer service! Spent 100s of dollars and GPAY pulled in wrong address and I called the customer service # within 5 min of order and they refused to change the shipping address and said good luck reach out to the shipper.
