If your very expensive robot develops a reoccurring fault anywhere near the end of the warranty you have no chance of getting it fixed by them unless you want o pay their repair fees. Just about to dump a useless £700 Deebot that has had the same fault 3 times. Customer service are not bothered at all about trying to find a resolution to a problem. Avoid this brand at all costs.
