Needing to stop an anticipated withdrawaI from my TSB Visa I rang the main TSB help line and managed to get through quite quickly. I was connected to a charming lady Kerry who was extremely helpful & put a block on my card. A short while later I received a text from TSB saying it had been blocked but explaining what to do if it was too late and the transaction still went through

I rang TSB Crawley & spoke to Rachel asking for help managing my credit card debt. She was so helpful, made enquiries and rang me back on 3 occasions. My problems were sorted out. The manager Mark was also helpful. I have rung Crawley branch on other occasions and I'm always delighted with the service I receive.

Unfortunately I rang Monday morning probably the busiest time and had to wait over 1/2hr to be answered. I am confined to a wheelchair and needed special seating for myself, my carer and family so the very helpful call taker put me through to Lisa Parker.
She managed to find excellent seats on the right dates for us but had to get confirmation from The Lyceum so saved the seats promising she'd ring me back.
She rang back as promised and the booking went through.

Having encountered some problems in the past finding tenants myself I decided this time to use an agent. I met & chatted with several eventually deciding on EweMove. I'm so glad I did.
