Never again!
Ordered the oak floor lamp. It arrived with the wire severed from the base! Emailed to ask for an exchange. Response advised exchange would be arranged for a particular day. Courier came on completely different day (I just happened to be in) to take faulty lamp, but didn't know anything about a replacement. So, to receive the replacement, I waited in on the day the email suggested, confirmed by a text saying my order was to be expected between 12pm -9pm. My children unable to play in the garden on one of the hottest days of the year because I had to wait for the courier. Needless to say, no courier! By this stage I was so annoyed I didn't want the lamp anymore, so emailed to ask for a refund and to not bother delivering the replacement. It came randomly anyway. I eventually, days later got a call saying they'd just received my email. In the end the replacement got collected. It used to be my favourite shop years and years ago when there was high street presence. We even had our wedding list there. But now, like I say, never again will I shop at Habitat after this experience. No excuse for it. Simply appalling customer service.
