I signed up for the £0.95 introductory offer only to discover the product didn’t work in the first place. At no point was there any clear mention of a £39.95 subscription, nothing appeared in my Apple subscriptions, and I received no communication whatsoever to say money would be taken.
A week later, £39.95 was debited from my account out of the blue. I queried it and got nowhere, so I contacted my bank, who agreed the whole thing looked like sharp practice and refunded me in full. Shockingly, just five days later, BestPDF took the money again.
This experience has been nothing but misleading, inconvenient, and frankly unacceptable. I would strongly advise others to steer well clear.

I have been using Chase around a month now and am very happy. The application process was painless and it was handy being able to use your virtual card right away. The app is excellent, easy to navigate and all the functions you need. I have docked one star for a couple of reasons, firstly there is no switching service so the idea of moving all my direct debits etc is too daunting to consider at the moment, and secondly they don't offer an overdraft facility, I don't really need this as never use it on my old account, but would have been nice to have a small buffer available.

Mark, the Hermes delivery driver for my area visits my house a lot! He is always reliable, friendly and helpful and I would choose Hermes above other delivery options for this reason.

I have been using Hello fresh since July as I wanted some inspiration on how to cook for my vegetarian daughter. It certainly gave me that inspiration and knowledge and has rekindled my love of cooking! On the whole I have been very happy with the service, a couple of minor ingredients have been missing over the weeks (peanut butter and chilli flakes spring to mind), but these were easily sourced from my cupboards. Some of the vegetables have been of questionable quality at times- beans especially seem a bit ropey. And they tend to need using quickly. I started to find it a little frustrating that i couldn't opt out of ingredients that i already had (I was getting a garlic bulb every single week) and it was getting a little expensive, so I bought the Hello Fresh cookbook and haven't looked back! The same fab recipes but with total control over ingredients and a massive weekly saving. Overall, I would highly recommend this to re-vamp your cooking but think the ongoing cost can be prohibitive.

Antra and Dan have made getting a mortgage straightforward and as stress free as moving house can possibly be. Can't fault communication and attentiveness. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Habito or to use it again in the future.
